Yes, I know I have added MANY characters to the story in just the last chapter xD. Some of them aren't really going to be a part of the story, and some are going to be a VERY big part of the story... I guess you'll just have to find out who will be a main character and who won't ^_^ I am going to start including pictures of the characters in the story starting with... Stephanie! The picture above is how Stephanie is pictured in this story. Like I said I will be continuing to have pictures of all the characters as well as other things like pets, belonging, outfits, etc in the beginning of each chapter, and I will be informing you who is who and what is what. Enjoy chapter nine!~

I turned around when I heard my voice being called.

It was Alex.

He was jogging towards the table, pushing through the crowded cafeteria, getting many dirty looks from kids in line for hot lunch. He finally reached the table and slid into the seat beside me.

"'Lil Dove! Where have you been? Have you been ignoring me?." Alex asked, teasingly.

Ugh he's so cute when he teases.

"Um.." I flushed. Is that the only thing I can do anymore? What happened to communication?

"You've been ignoring Alex?!" Sophia exclaimed. She has a huge crush on Alex.

"No I was just hungry." I mumbled, and to prove my point I shoved a mouthful of turkey sandwich into my mouth.

"Yea well we have to talk." Alex said to me.

                        Sophia looked at us.

                       "About what?" She asked hesitantly.

"About why she didn't answer any of my invitations over break." Alex replied.

"Oh she didn't answer because-" Hazel started but I cut her off with a look.

"Because of what?" Alex asked inquisitively.

"Hey dude she'll tell you later." Dylan cut in.

I shot Dylan a look of thanks and chewed my sandwich thoughtfully. Dylan had been looking out for me a lot the past year, he always was kind of there, not in a bad way though. Whenever I needed help he was always there.

'I should thank him.'  I thought. 'Maybe treat him to lunch sometime.'

"Ok 'Lil Dove." Alex said to me, brining me out of my thoughts. "But you have to promise me you'll talk to me after school, okay? He added.

I nodded my head and smiled at him.

There was a moment of contented silence at the table.

"So, how about that science homework?" Austin asked.

There was a collective amounts of groans and sighs from everybody.

"I didn't think it was too bad!" Olivia piped up.

"Shut up Olivia, not all of us are science geniuses like you." Jason moaned. "Hey Clara wanna come over and help me study?" He asked kiddingly.

"If you want to do worse than you already would." Clara joked.

Just then the sound of heels clicking on the floor came closer to us. The school brat, Tiffany was coming over.

"Hey losers." She greeted us smirking. "Obviously you guys aren't fit to sit with high school royalty, but if Dylan wants to come over to our table, he'll certainly be welcome." She said, looking at Dylan with puppy eyes.

                        Dylan narrowed his eyes.

"No thanks Tiffany." He said, glancing down at his lunch.

"Oh come on, you can't actually mean that you want to sit with these pigs." She said, giving us a dirty look.

"If you want pig, look in the mirror." Ariel snapped.

She's a feisty one.

Tiffany snorted. "It takes one to know one." She said breezily, then addressed Dylan: "If you're not going to sit with us now, the offer is alway open."

"Ok sure." Dylan said. "Oh and by the way," he continued, "you got a little something on your face."

Tiffany's eyes widened. "What?!" She exclaimed.

                          Our table unanimously nodded.

Tiffany whirled around and 'click click'ed away to the bathroom with her head down.

                         "A little makeup" Dylan muttered.

Our table broke down laughing. I know, its a stupid, five year old thing to laugh at, but any prank, no matter how small, we could pull on Tiffany and company was worth it. They did a lot more than make snarky comments. A lot more.
