We officially hit the 70 pages mark on a google docs with this chapter... We couldn't be more proud. We honestly hope you are enjoying Napped Kid as much as we're enjoying writing it. This one goes for the endless fights and brainstorming sessions about to cross Lena's doorstep. Even if my family gets mad because I always end up leaving an hour later I said I would.
I love you if you are reading, I love you best friends.
All the love,
Ela, Lena and Mel.P.S: Nothing happens without a reason here. Everything has been specifically planned out after hours of discussing it. Never doubt that. You have now some clues, you'll hopefully decipher the mystery at the end. Just if you've payed enough attention.

"I won't say I'm not offended by you completely ignoring my questions these past few days. Damn, girl, it's time you spill your guts."
"Ugh, Lydan." Nina sighed. She knew the walk wouldn't be peaceful if it included Dylan talking. She took a sip of her warm tea, freshly bought. "Just drink your coffee."
"You can not silence my voice."
"Alright. Okay. I own it to you. Go ahead and ask." She mumbled. "Hysteric."
"Bitch. What happened yesterday after your so called confession?"
Nina covered her face with her free hand and stayed silent for a second while she thought a good enough answer. They were walking down the street towards Dylan's work place, so he had every right to use that time to find out finally everything that had happened.
"I can't believe I did such a silly thing... Nothing really happened after that. Cameron was just cheeky but let it go. We stayed for a few hours and then he took me back home. Nate and Hunter wouldn't let me hear the end of it though."
"That's not as bad as I thought!"
Nina shrugged her shoulders. "I guess it wasn't. But I thought it would change things, you know? I was too scared to say those things up front, yes. I was forced somehow to say them and it still didn't change a thing. He didn't do anything about it."
He nodded, understandably. "Yeah, I get what you mean. It was obviously something you wouldn't have voluntarily told him and now that you had to, it didn't have any visible effect."
"Exactly. He's slower than a turtle, god. I want to smack his head sometimes."
He laughed. "Don't be so hard on him either, Inna. He's just as stupid as you are sometimes."
She glared at him, although she perfectly knew he was only messing with her. He had the tendency to be a perfect listener, to always understand her and know how to cheer her up, changing the topic if needed.
"Maybe it's that. Ugh. I don't know. I don't like relationships."
"Alright. I have 4 amazing ideas for you."
"Oh, no." She said, throwing her head back. "I don't like this already."
"One, we steal your phone and text him about your endless love for him."
"Vetoed."
"Two, we throw a party at your place and we tell Matty to make one of his fixed games."
"Petty." She shook her head.
"Three, we organize a poker tournament. If he wins he has to take you out, if he loses, too."
Nina laughed out loud, "What even, Lydan!"
