::Chapter III::

::Uncontrollable Senses::

After a satisfying morning bath, Katy headed into her room with a towel wrapped around her. She stood in front of the mirror as she checked to see if she was fully healed. Just then the phone rang.

"Hello?" Katy voiced carefully, since the number was listed unknown.

"Hey. Can I speak to Katy Averette, please?" A feminine voice spoke from other side of the receiver.

"Yes. This is Katy speaking. May I know who this is?" The politeness was killing her. Should she hang up? What if it was important?

“Katy? It's Gillian. Don't you remember? Your best friend since diapers? Unless, you meant to forget me. I haven't talked to you in what? Six years?” Gilly started crying hysterically. Katy could barely understand what she was saying in the midst of her crying.

“Gilly? How did you get my number?” Katy asked with worry. If anyone get at least a bit associated with her, it's a reason for Nick to suddenly 'make them disappear.'

"Cameron gave it to me after I agreed to go on a date with him." Gilly replied with a sniff.

"Cameron? How the hell did he get my number? And he black mailed you?" Cameron was kind of Gillian's stalker which she turned down about hundreds of times.

"Whatever, it wasn't that big of a deal. Anyways, Hecate Willow Averette, you have some explaining to do. And you're not getting off that easily. I will hunt you down." She ended her remark with a sinister laugh.

"Alright, where are you? Is there anyway I can meet you?" The further the location of the place from Nick's so called lair, is the better.

"Come to the park. You know that one." The park? Oh she was referring to the creep park. We renamed it as creep park because every single time when we were little and we pass by that park, there is at least one guy staring at us., but none made an attempt to touch us once again. It gives me chills even to think about it.

"Kay. I will be there."

"See you then, Katy. You better get your answers ready for the interrogation I'm giving you." She said making Katy laugh. She changed into a red blouse with white shorts and headed down stairs.

"Where do you think you're going?" Great, Nick is still here.

"I'm going to the park. I want a breath of fresh air." She placed on a pair of ankle boots and grabbed her red beanie.

"You don't need to go to the park for that. Just step outside." Nick said as he blocked her way to the front door.

"No, I want air that is not used or spoiled by you." She let out an insulting snort.

"All you had to say is that. Anyways, I will let it go since I'm in a good mood." He chuckled as he stepped out of the way. Phew. Good mood? What's all that about?

Katy walked till I reached the park. Gilly was there with her pretty strawberry blonde hair in a braid and in a green blouse. She clearly looked innocent. I mean, her personality and even her manners were P-E-R-F-E-C-T, but once you get to know her, you can realize she is a devil in an angel's body.

"Gillian. Hi." I have to admit. I was a bit shy. It's been 6 years for god's sake.

"OMG. Hecate Willow Averette. I missed you so much." She said while giving Katy a bone crushing hug.

"Gilly, I NEED TO BREATH!!" Katy replied trying to catch a whiff of air.

"Oops. Sorry." She chuckled as she released her.
