(n.) The deep fear of stillness, solitude or deserted placed; also called Eremitophobia.
"Hey Zara, come in." Drew said and I walked past him and heard loud rap music playing. How is this guy not tired yet? The ceremony and reception completely drained me. Thank god that tomorrow's Sunday.
"Were are your parents?" I asked Drew as he closed the door behind him. "At this hotel that has like an indoor palace. Rollercoasters, swimming pool everything." Drew said and I nodded. "Where are the younger ones?" I asked placing my bag on the floor as I walked towards the kitchen with Drew.
"Grandparents." He said and grabbed a beer handing me one too. I didn't even want one, I already drank too much today. But I opened it and drank it anyways.
"So you and Elliot are home alone now?" I asked and he nodded. "Where's Elliot then?" I asked as I watched him leaning against the kitchen counter drinking his beer, shirtless.....
"She's at seven eleven. Buying you slurpees of course." He said and I grinned at Drew and went on my phone to scroll through my social media feed.
"When you going back to college?" I asked and he shrugged. "I think tomorrow." He says as he took another swig of his beer. "Cool." I said and chugged my own beer down.
"How's campus life though?" I asked and he shrugged again. "It's cool. My roommates are chill so it's all good." He said as he looked at me and I nodded. "Got a girlfriend?" I asked in a playful way. He is a hot guy so he must have a girlfriend.
"Nah, but there's this one girl on campus." He says and I nodded with a smile. "Tell me more, tell me more." I said with a big smile and scooted over closer. "She now has this long curly purple hair, but she changes her hair time to time. Her skin is beautiful and his a banging body and she can sing." He says and I smile and wiggle my eyebrows.
"Ask her out then." I say and he smiles sheepishly. "That's the thing, she doesn't necessarily like me. God knows why." He says and I shook my head. I know exactly why, Drew is just a cocky little shit, that's why.
"Hmm, make her like you, don't just use her for sex or some shit okay? That's a turn off and she probably wants more than that." I say and he nodded as if he was actually listening to my advice for once.
"I'm hella curious, show me a pic of her, does she have Instagram?" I ask and he nodded whipping out his phone so I walked over to him and watch as he types in "indira.skye" and she had a simple bio, a purple heart and #blacklivesmatter.
She has like four-hundred followers and follows a little over two-hundred. She has about thirty pictures and she is absolutely gorgeous. She is a beautiful darkskin girl, with a beautiful smile. "She is beautiful, you better not fuck this up drew." I said and he held his hands in the air and smiled.
"Too late, I think." He said and I groaned.
"Justin Drew Bieber, didn't I tell you to fucking put your car in the fucking garage?!" Elliot screamed as she walked into the kitchen and ran over to me.
"Hey girl!" She says very happily and hugged me. She handed me my slurpee and looked at Drew angrily. "Put on a damn shirt and put your damned car in the garage." Elliot said and I chuckled.
"Nice talking to you Zara, I'll take up on your advice." He said and I smiled and waved as Drew disappeared into the hallway of their pretty big home.
I followed Elliot upstairs after I grabbed my bag and slurpee of course.
"So what was all that, that was going on with my brother back there." Elliot asked as she got dressed in her pj's. I grabbed my towels, shampoo and tooth brush out my bag and shrugged. "Nothing, we were just talking, I think your brother has like a massive crush on this girl." I say and Elliot raised an eyebrow as she took off her pants.
