Chapter 1: Who?

Baya's P.O.V

Just another day at the orphanage... 5 am and just waiting for someone to knock on the door so we could all have breakfast.

Wait, I don't think I've introduced myself! How rude of me! Well my name's Baya... I guess you already know that. I've been in this adoption center ever since I could remember and never got sent to a home, I don't know, no one's ever picked me.

Just almost 1 year ago a girl got sent here and we've been best friends ever since... More like sisters. Her name's Rose and she's five years older than me, she's currently 13 in fact just turned 13 a couple days ago and as you could probably guess, I'm 9.

I guess that's all you could know about us cause we don't really know who we are.

"Baya ughh! Why didn't you wake me up already" I hear Rose wining as she gets out of her bed and enters our bathroom

"SORRY!" I scream from the bed but she doesn't reply.

As I wait for her to exit the bathroom and for us to get a knock on the door I scroll through my Twitter account... Wait did I not mention this! Well both Rose and I love Katy Perry and that's really how we relate.

I didn't have a roommate till Rose came here cause she's the only one I could relate with. All the other girls hated me for what they called my crazy obsession... They just don't get it.

I haven't been bullied for it or anything but I'm just glad Rose came into my life cause she's worth everything to me.

*knock on the door and Rose comes out of the bathroom*

"Sure you didn't plan on sleeping in the bathroom?" I tease her

"oh shut up now, I'm hungry" she whines

"Don't you dare get chocolate out of your drawer! It's time for breakfast, come on let's go"

I drag her outside the hallway before she even dared to touch her drawer filled with chocolate.

We sit by the table filled with 15 people around us as we get our breakfast plates handed out.

Mid way through eating our care taker stands up and walks around.

"Girls! I've got an announcement to make... We've got a special guest coming over today who's willing to adopt one of you girls, so get showered and dressed by 1 pm!" She smiles

"Who's the special guest?!" Everyone suddenly begins to ask her

" well I believe her name is Katy Perry" she smirks and that just made me go crazy.

KATY PERRY IS COMING TO OUR ADOPTION CENTER AND ADOPTING ONE OF US HOW CRAZY IS THAT!

"ROSE OH MY GOD DID YOU JUST HEAR HER?! ROSE WHERE ARE YOU" I scream

" Chill!!! I'm right next to you and yes but you don't need to freak out that much cause she probably wouldn't adopt one of us... What would she want with us think about it B you're 9 and I'm 13 and she probably wants kids that are a lot more younger" Rose lectures me for the billionth time ever since I've known her

" you're right but why do you think she wants to adopt someone??" I curiously ask

"How should I know!" Rose gets up from the table as I follow her to our room

We enter our room and Rose just throws herself onto her bed.

" NO! ROSE! You're not sleeping not the day that our idol is coming!!!" I jump around

"I-I don't know my stomach kind of hurts" ah ok she's on her period which I why she probably woke up craving chocolate which means I better hide my chocolate before its all gone.

"Well I guess you could sleep then, I'll wake you up two hours before to get ready" I say as she just nods her head and quickly drifts to sleep

I smile to myself... Today's going to be a great day
