Chapter 11 Alaxandria

Edgar's POV December 23 2016

We woke up I went down stairs to get the crackers. Then I went outside to see a bandit with our water.
Hey get back here!! He jumped the fence. I quickly grabbed my crossbow. Luckily I am a good aim. I shot him in leg. The arrow went through and went into the ground. I caught up with him and took the arrow out and put his hands behind his back. I shoved him on the hospital floor and punched him. That woke everybody. Jessica shouted Edgar what happened?! I said he was trying to steel water. I took his mask off and he said my name is Jack. I have a camp not far from here we could drive? He smiled and asked me. Then he said we have walls, buildings, lots of people. And a weapons storage kind of like here. We all looked at each other. I looked back at him and said there's a horde coming. We all packed up. He said he drove down here. We got the guns and put them in the bags we had so much guns and ammunition that we couldn't fit it all in my duffle bag. We put the bags in the truck bed. I said alright! Jack, Tyler, Brendon, and Statia. You all go with Jack. Me, Jake, Jessica, and Felix will all take the truck. We equipped all our weapons. Then we heard yelling. We looked over and found a guy on top of a rock being clawed at by the zombies. I whipped out my cross bow and shot one right through the head. Then I knifed one. Tyler killed one that got on top of me. We all surrounded the guy. He took out a kitchen knife. He said thank you! And I said umm we are all going to a camp do you want to come with us? He said yes! I don't have a roof over my head and I haven't eaten in days. We gave him a bottle of water and a candy bar and checked him for bites. He had none.

Time skip

We arrived at the camp and he was telling the truth. Walls and lots of people. They asked for our firearms once we got in they said there still your guns. You can take them with you outside the walls. But the cart was for personal weapons only. They had a place where the guns not in use go. I gave my 44.magnum. But I got to keep my cross bow. Because it shot arrows not bullets. And we all got to keep our melee weapons for safety. The town was giant! We got our house and everything! Brendon sat next to Jake, Jessica and I sat together Statia, Tyler, and Felix sat together. Jack and the guy sat together.
