Chapter 13 The raid

Edgar's POV

I watched in amazement how Brendon beat the crazed guy who for some reason didn't like him.

Time skip

That crazed guy was exiled as the founder thanked Brendon for putting him in his place. Then we heard an explosion. We looked up to see the watch tower in flames I grabbed my weapons and went to the gate. The founder went to the weapons cash to arm all the citizens. She took the cart to us and we all grabbed our guns. Then I heard my name. Edgar! Get out here I know you're here! I saw Marcus standing on a tank. We all looked at each other. I walked through the gates. What do you want?! I screamed. He said you have until tomorrow to get out! We're taking this place! I said no we ain't leaving. Oh yeah well will this change your mind? He had two old people then I realized that's the citizens that went missing! He took a machete and pointed it toward the older guy. Then I went up to him. Then he took his sniper and slammed it on my head. The two people where right next to me. I was tied up! Then Marcus took a m19 and pointed it at me. It was practically in my eye. Then I heard Jessica gasp. Then he killed the two old people. Then I heard a gun shot and everything was dark.
