Chapter Two

I got out of bed once I calmed myself down. I took deep breaths and got dressed.

The door opened and Carmella was standing there with Enzo and Cass.

"Are you feeling okay?" Carmella asked while walking in with them.

I nodded and sat down. They walked over to me and sat down.

"You coming to the arena?" Enzo asked me.

"Yeah." I got up and started packing my bag.

I walked into the bathroom and heard Enzo talking.

"What's up with her?" Enzo asked.

"What do you mean?" I heard Carmella respond.

"She's bumming me out." Enzo said.

Carmella sighed, "She just needs awhile."

I closed my eyes, is that what I do? I bum people out.

I leaned against the wall and put my head in my hands and began sobbing.

"Hey..." Carmella knocked on the door, "Are you okay in there?"

I stayed silent, not wanting the sobs to make any sound.

She opened the door a little, "Hey... Oh Bayley."

She sat down next to me and hugged me, "It's okay."

She rubbed my back, "It's not okay." I managed to say through tears.

I covered my mouth trying to make the sobs silent.

"Shh, yes it is." She held my head, "Trust me."

I held my breath trying to stop the tears, "How?"

She held my face and smiled at me, "You're strong, Bayley. I know you are. You know you are. You have a shot at the NXT Women's Championship. Don't let this break you."

I smile slightly and sigh, "Okay."

She stands up and helps me up.

"Thank you." I say quietly.

Cass walked in, "Are you ready?"

He stared at me with sympathy.

I looked down and nodded.

Carmella walked out and before I could leave, Cass grabbed my arm.

"Are you okay?" He whispered.

"Yeah, just..." I felt tears building up

"You don't need to tell me, if you don't want to."

I nodded and left with them.
