Chapter Forty-Four

We walk back into my hotel room, which was basically our hotel room now. He moved all his stuff in here.

"Finn?" I ask.

"Hm?" He hums.

"You remember how you told me to focus on getting better before focussing on our relationship?"

He nods.

"Well I'm better..."

"What do you want our relationship to be?" He asks and steps closer to me.

"I want to be with you." I say.

He smiles, "I want to be with you too... so I guess that leaves us with one thing."

I look at him confused, "What?"

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks.

It feels as though my heart is going to explode from my chest, I'm so happy.

"Of course." I say.

He hugs me and twirls me.

He puts me back down and leans close to my face.

"Do you want me to stop?" He asks.

I place my hands around his neck, "No."

Finn places his hands around my waist and kisses me.

For the first time, I kiss him back.
