I limped into school wearing my short skater skirt, a white vest top, my white short sleeved school shirt and black vans. It was my last day of sixth form, the last day of suffering. I saw everyone crowding around and getting their shirts signed. A few people ran up to me immediately and signed my shirt, it actually felt nice that people weren't being in their secluded groups as per usual. I walked inside trying to look for my friends to be pulled into the closet by someone, I turned on the light expecting it to be Simon, but it wasn't, it was Mia.

My face dropped as she stood there looking at me, but she didn't have her same twisted face, it was soft.

"Please don't leave" she begged.

"Why shouldn't I? Infact right now I should be beating the life out of you" I spat.

"Please just hear me out"

"Hear you out?! You caused my life to spiral to the ground! You stopped my happiness! I almost died because of you!" I shouted in her face.

"I know I did that! I know you almost died! And I've been suffering ever since! Obviously not as bad as you, but the day I said something my happiness disappeared as well!" She said and I kind of stood back.

"What do you mean you lost happiness? And how do you know?" I said crossing my arms.

"I know because I and two other girls over heard the teachers. Word got around and everyone hated on me, I lost all of my friends, my life story got told after you said about me sleeping with everyone and I lost all dignity and confidence. I got diagnosed with bipolar and depression as well, for causing your health issues and for the school situation. And I'm so so sorry!" She pleaded and wiping her face.

"I know you probably won't forgive me but just know, I'm truly sorry and I would do anything for your forgiveness"

"I can forgive but I can't forget, Mia. I'm sorry I told your secret about the boys you.. Got with... Who am I kidding? I'm too young and too weak to hold grudges" I giggled.

"Really?" She said and I nodded, then she stood there sniffling and wiping her eyes.

"Come here" I said holding out my arms and she accepted my offer of a hug.

We pulled apart and looked at eachother with a smile "I guess the real reason why I picked on you in class was because I was jealous of you" she sniffled.

"Jealous of me? Pfft what do I have to offer? I don't get what Simon sees in me to be honest" I said subconsciously.

"Simon? You moved on?"

"Uh- Simon is Mr Minter" I said awkwardly.

"YOURE BACK WITH MR MINT-" I covered her mouth.

"SHH, nobody knows, not even my friends" I said taking my hand off of her mouth.

"You mean your friends? Your parents?!" She said sounding shocked.

"Yeah, my friends don't know, I don't know how to tell them. And my parents? Right now I'm annoyed. I got home from the hospital and walked in to find my mum sitting there talking to Simon. I then found out they spoke about mine and Simon's relationship and how my mum and dad only just realised that he was perfect for me and a genuine person, regardless of the age gap. It took them to realise that after all of my pain and suffering and near death experience. I could have never been ill and had a perfect relationship with Simon"

"Oh, I'm sorry, again. So his name is Simon? Simon Minter?"

"Yeah, fair fetched yet perfect" I said shrugging my shoulders.
