"Whats wrong?" I say again.
"Nothing that you would be concerned about." She says and grabs her phone and some money.
"Where are you going?" Max steps up
"Don't worry. I'll be back. Soon." She says behind her back. Her voice sounded so lifeless. Did we really do this to her?
"We need to find her" I say and grab my keys not waiting for protests and 'I'm coming to's'
All I hear is the sound of her voice when I asked whats wrong.

Jessica's POV
I don't know where I was going. Honestly. I just let my feet take me to. Where ever it wanted to. I could hear my name being called but I never once looked back. When I felt them come close I would either hide behind a tree or climb on the tree
I walked for what felt like hours before I decided to stop.
I was in the middle of the woods. Surrounded by nothing but trees. It was then, when I finally looked up that I noticed where I was at. I was at my old treehouse. The one me, and max built before... You know everything changed.
FLASHBACK
"Wow, we did a really good job on it jess." Max said
"Yeah we did. Lets go put the photo's up" I say and climb up the ladder with Max right behind me.
After we hung up the pictures, we stood beside each other looking out of the window.
"Hey jess. I need to talk to you." Max said really nervous.
"Shoot." I say
"I have to go to California and I don't know when I'll be back." He says looking straight at me.
"Well, Can I come?" I say tears threatening to come.
"They said no. I'm so sorry Jess but I really want to follow my dream." He says
"But don't worry, I promise I wont forget about you." He says also.
~ End Of Flash Back~
I wiped the tears from my eyes and climbed up the ladder hoping that I didn't fall.
When I walked inside the treehouse, old memories of me, max and mom came rushing back. I look at every individual picture. Making room for all of them. After every picture I smile and relive that scene in my head.
"Thought I'd find you here." A voice says behind me.
I know this is super super short but I have another chapter that I am uploading in about 5 munites :)
