A/N: If it's in bold and italics, that's Jenna speaking, just bold is Whaki talking, and just Italics  is Tay speaking.

*Jenna's POV*

It's been awhile since I've felt butterflies.
Do you feel the same way too?
If every single second could last that much longer.
Would you hold me?
And kiss me again underneath the moonlight.

I haven't told my family teacher Tay this, but I honestly love her band and her music.

Like some other bands with their music that I listen to, the music from her and her band is so fucking empowering. I honestly have no clue as to why her and her band aren't even signed to a record label yet.

Seriously though. If these record labels haven't heard the music of We Are The In Crowd, they really need to so that and try and get We Are The In Crowd a record deal.

"Jenna, can I see you after class?" my math teacher Chad asked.

"Sure."

5 minutes later class ended and I went to go talk to Chad.

"So what did you want to talk to me about sir?"

"I was looking at your transcript and I noticed your grades, GPA and IQ. A+ student, 4.0 GPA with a verbal IQ of 230 and non verbal IQ of 300.  You're a really smart kid. Why don't you participate in class? Were you picked on in any of your old schools back in Australia or something?"

"I wasn't picked on Australia, but I did have problems with where at some of my old schools, once people found out that I'm extremely smart, they would try taking advantage of that and pick at my brains to help them out with their school work and other crap like that. That's why I don't answer any of the questions in class."

"That's a shame. At this school, nobody, student or teacher, cares how smart you are. Once you become part of this school, it doesn't matter. We all treat each other as family, especially since we're a pretty small school. Can you at least try and participate in class?"

"Yeah. I'll try."

"Alright. See you in class tomorrow."

After that I went to my next class of the day and I was looking forward to it because of it being contemporary dancing class. I was looking forward to it because it's one of my 2 favourite classes of my 3 class periods that I have this session.

*Tay's POV*

"Alright so you guys know what you're doing so get right back to it. If you need help with something or have a question, ask one of the others who know what they're doing or answer whatever question you still have, but if you're still not confused, than come and ask me. Alright. So go ahead and get started."

While the kids were getting to work on what they were doing, I decided to get to work on a song in my song journal that my band and I can practice on later during band practice.

My only problem is that I'm just having trouble with getting the lyrics written down. The thing is that my band and I got the music for the song down, but I just can't get the lyrics written.

"Is everything alright Ms. Tay?" my family student Whaki asked.

"Yeah. I'm just trying to get some lyrics written down for my band for band practice later. But I'm drawing a blank on the lyrics."

"May I help? I've finished my work for this class for the day as well as for what we're supposed to do tomorrow. Plus I've been writing music for about 5 years now, especially for my band."

"I guess."

"So it helps to write about whatever it is that's currently on your mind. Like your recent divorce or a love interest or a rumor or something like that. Let's start with that. What currently is on your mind?"

I soon immediately thought of some lyrics to write down, 'I've been keeping track of everything. Notes and maps of where I've been. Somehow I've always found a way to sleep through unfamiliar sounds. I lost myself in FM  airwaves and found a way to keep my mind straight. I'm living well, at least in my head and letting go of what you said.'

After I finished writing those lyrics down, I showed him and waited to see what he thought of it. I'm one of those teachers who has a decently close relationship (PLATONIC, no need to go getting any ideas)  with my family students, which is usually seen as weird, but I only have a close relationship with my family students because I want them to know that even after they graduate to know that I'll be there for them no matter what, even if they end up drinking and only my family students have my personal number for in case if they're really drunk because if they do drink to not get into a car with other friends who are drunk for example.

"What made you think of these lyrics Tay?"

"I guess it kind of has to do with my recent divorce. Why is the lyrics horrible?"

"No, it's actually really great so far. I was just wondering what it was about is all."

"Alright. Thank you Whaki. If I need any more help writing the lyrics of this song, I'll ask."

"So what can I do now since I'm done with the next 2 days of work for this class?"

"Do you have a book you can read? Because you can do that. Just make sure you have something to do to."

"Yeah alright."

*time skip to Family*

All I was doing was just talking to my Family about a couple of things while I had handed all of them their box sheets for the session so that they know how many more points they have left until they graduate, what subjects that they have to finish, etc.

I've kinda noticed that this year I currently have like 7 or 8 students who are seniors this year, which is the most amount of seniors that I believe that I have had since I started teaching 4 years ago.
