I checked myself in the mirror one last time , I looked perfect like always but that never means I feel like it. I was wearing a plain gray crop top, some light blue high waisted shorts, a black and white flannel around my waist and my black and white adidas. I had straighten my hair and I had pulled the front part of my hair in a high ponytail. My makeup was excessive but it was how it was supposed to be, winged eyeliner, red lips, fake eyelashes, smokey eyes and a perfect foundation.

I took my rose gold iPhone out and sent a text to my best friend:

Riles👸🏻💞: Ready M?

Maya💁🏼👑: Yeah, just putting my lip stick on.💄

Maya💁🏼👑: You here yet?

Riles👸🏻💞: Nope, about to leave. Be there in 5!

Maya💁🏼👑: Kk, bye!💞

I took my Louis Vuitton purse and placed my iPhone inside and went through my bedroom door. Auggie and my dad were sitting in the couch." Mom let me go to this party today, and I promise I won't get here late" I said walking towards the doorway where we kept the cars' keys.

"It's fine" my dad told me with a small smile" But don't you think that shirt is a bit short honey?" He said with his smile fading a little.

"Dad it's a crop top it is supposed to be short" I said rolling my eyes" It is not like I'm in my underwear" I said grabbing my car keys and hearing Auggie's laugh. He still had a really cute laugh even though he is eleven now.

"I was just saying" he said raising his hands, giving up.

" I love you" I said giving them both a hug. And walking out the door, to our building's parking lot. I got into my platinum Honda Civic and got the key in. I know it wasn't the best car ever but it was so pretty, comfortable and it was the luxury version, anyways I was lucky to be one of the few seniors that owned a car.

I finally arrived to Maya's, so I took my phone out to text her.

Riley👸🏻💞: Out your door!

Maya💁🏼👑: kay be there in a minute.

I played my fav song 'Raging' by Kygo, I closed my eyes until I heard someone knocking at the window. I quickly opened my eyes scared, but turns out it was Maya,  I unlocked the door and she got in. She was wearing a stripped blue and white mini dress with sleeves,  a denim vest over it and some black high heels she had straightened her hair too but she let it all down, she just was wearing mascara, winged eyeliner, foundation and a perfect nude peachy lipstick. She looked amazing.

"Peaches!" I said my other nickname for her" You look amazing!"

"Thanks, Riles" she said with a huge grin" So do you! I mean that crop top, though!"

" Thank you" I giggled" I love your lip stick by the way!"

"Thank you! It is Kylie Jenner's dirty peach liquid matte" she said taking out a small tube from her beige Chanel bag." Want some?"

"Mac red lipstick" I said pointing my lips. I got the key in and started driving to Zay's house" Where is your date?" I asked her looking at a the road.
