Rebecca's POV

"Are you ready?" Josh asked me. I reapplied my lipstick once more before walking out of the bathroom. Josh whistled lowly when he saw me. "You're ready to crush the hearts of hundreds of people?"

"I thought you said it is a small wedding," I questioned with a raised eyebrow. Josh wrapped his arms around me and dipped me down on his arms.

"People will see you along the way." He pressed his lips against mine in a precious kiss. He stood upright. "Ready to go?" I nodded. I grabbed my purse before holding Josh's hand. We arrived in Miami yesterday. The wedding is today, Friday evening. Josh leaned over and kissed my cheek. I checked my phone. I smiled. "What are you smiling at?"

"Helena is sending me pictures of Crescent," I told him. "Look." He grabbed my phone and smiled at Crescent.

"Such a little black blob," he cooed. We got into the rental car and began driving to the church where the ceremony will first begin. "So you went with the black dress."

"I did," I responded with a smile

"I did," I responded with a smile. I bought two dresses with me to the trip because I wasn't sure which one I wanted to wear to the wedding. "Plus, this one makes my legs look nice."

"You always look nice, Rebecca."

"Yes, you are allowed to check me out in front of your family, just try to be discreet about it. You make me feel special."

"You are a goddess," he told me with a sweet smile. I ran my fingers through his hand. "You make it hard to keep up with your style."

"Like you said, I'm a goddess. No one can keep up with me. But you are keeping up a good style. You are a very attractive man."

"And don't you ever forget about it." He leaned over and kissed my cheek.

"Focus on the road," I scolded lightly. "Could you do me a favor?"

"Yeah, of course. What is it?"

"Could you double check I don't drink any alcoholic beverages? I get very forgetful and I might drink something without double checking it's safe for me."

"Of course," he promised with a kind smile. "I was going to do it either way." I continued to touch his hands. He parked the car when we arrived at the church and turned to face me. "Come on, Rebecca. I'll introduce you to my family"

"Am I your date or am I your girlfriend?" I asked. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me in for a quick kiss. I pressed my hands against his cheeks and smiled.

"You are here as my beautiful girlfriend." He grasped my hand tightly. "They know I separated from Ryan Ashley, but they don't know I started dating again. I just hope they are blown away from your beauty." I leaned over and kissed him. He held my hand tightly as we walked through the doors.

"This place is so pretty," I stated in awe. I turned to look at Josh. "Needs more skulls like your home." He chuckled slightly. He held my hand tightly, out of reassurance or nervousness, I'm not quite sure.
