You didn't believe in true love even though he stared into your eyes everyday. He teased you but when you needed him he was there with the right words to say. He annoyed you but knew when to be serious. He showed you what love really is but you didn't know. At least that's what you told yourself.

All day at school you had random thoughts of Kuroo, but as soon as you realized you would shake him out of your head.
"Hey (Y/n), I know you like me and all hut you gotta stop daydreaming about me. It might mess up your grades.", Kuroo said while smirking.
"As if I would ever daydream of you.", you scoffed. He started being dramatic and acted as if something had pierced him in the heart. All you could do was laugh at his antics.
'There's no one I could be in love with someone like him' you thought trying to convince yourself.

"(Y/n) lets hangout this weekend. We haven't hungout outside of school for awhile."
You and Kuroo were walking home like always. The only difference was that Kenma wasn't there. Unfortunately for the setter, Lev got him to stay a bit after practice.
You pondered for a bit. Finally you answer lazily, "Yah that sounds nice. So what will we do?"
"I was thinking we could go to the roller rink for a bit and at some point get ice cream since I know it's your favorite." He looked at you for approval.
You looked to him "How can I say no to two of my favorite things?"
Of course being the joker he was he couldn't let this chance slip. "So I'm one of your favorite things that's nice to know," he smirked.
You glared at him. "I meant ice cream and roller skating dumbass." You were happy about ice cream and rollerskating and that's it, that's at least what you told yourself.
You swoon, you sigh,

Date night at least that's what you would call it if it were somebody you loved. You and Kuroo arrived at the roller rink. He was ready to skate his butt off and so were you.
As soon as you had your skates on you went inside the rink.
You and Kuroo had a great time until the couples skate started. You started to make your way out of the rink until a hand grabbed your wrist. Kuroo gave you a smile, "C'mon lets skate together a little longer."
With that said you guys continued to skate but you could tell the vibe was different and as much as you hated to admit it you liked it.

After about another hour of skating you two left to get ice cream. Kuroo cracked jokes and made you smile the whole rest of the night. You knew he liked you, and he knew you liked him, but you didn't want to admit you had feelings for him. But on nights like these your feelings showed so bright that not even your facade could cover them.

The reason you hated showing your feelings is because your jerk ex boyfriend played with your heart. He told you he loved you but you weren't the only one. He said it to many other girls even though he was supposed to be in a relationship with only you. It broke your heart.

As you both arrived to your door he once again grabbed your wrist. He pulled you in his chest and squeezed you tight in a comforting way. "Thank you for going with me today. It was fun, like always," he said while pulling away.
You blushed, "No thank you for inviting me. I'll see you later Kuroo. "Before you opened your door Kuroo pulled you again and kissed your cheek. "Alright (Y/n) goodnight and see ya monday. "
You waved goodbye and entered your house.
