Week 1 Break

I woke up feeling well ready to get started on our next challenge. "Morning Joely!" Beth shouted while looking up at me, I smiled as I came down and hugged her. "Morning Beth, when does our challenge start?" I asked once I pulled away. She looked at me and smiled. "Don't you remember!? We're having a break today. Our challenge is tomorrow."

"YEAH!!" I cheered as we both left the cabin to see Trent and Owen in the hot tub. "What are guys doing today?" I asked Trent as I leaned on the hot tub. "We're just chilling in the hot tub right now, other than that I don't know what we're doing today." Trent answered. I turned to Owen, "Where are the others?" I asked him. He was in thought for a second before answering, "There in the mess hall, looks like some of them are done now!" I turned to see Leshawna, Izzy, Cody and Noah exit the mess hall and make their way towards us. "What's up girl?" Leshawna asked while giving me a high five. "Nothing much, gonna go change out of my pj's and maybe practice my guitar somewhere." I answered as I made my way to the cabin. I grabbed my clothes and went to the bathroom to change, I slipped on my black tank top and my lilac colored tank top, I slipped on my light blue skinny jeans and my black converse with white socks. I put my hair in low pigtails again cause it's my hair, I'll do whatever I want to it. I came out and grabbed my guitar and went to the spot I went to last time. "Looks like it's a practice day for me today! What should I do first?" I paced around in the sand ignoring the fact that Noah was there. "I got it!"

More people began to come to my special area, I ignored them aka I didn't notice them cause I'm in 'the zone'. I was having fun and no one is stoping me!!!!

I sat down out of breathe as I tuned my guitar from strumming that fast, till I heard clapping. Lots of clapping. Slowly, I turned my head to see some of the Gophers and some of the Bass standing there smiling and clapping. "Dude!! That was awesome!" Geoff shouted fist pumping the air

"I didn't know white girl had it in her!" Leshawna commented.

"You told me you started playing last year! It sounds like you've played since forever!" Trent said giving me a high five. My face burned with embarrassment, almost everyone heard me.
Owen ran over and gave me a bone crushing hug, Bridgette was smiling and clapping, Harold just stared and breathed heavily, Trent was shaking his head smiling, Beth was jumping up and down clapping with Lindsey, Cody was grinning from ear to ear, Gwen was smiling and Noah was smirking at me. "Come on guys, I'm not that good. I still need a little bit of work." I said trying to make my face go back to normal. "She's right. It could use a LOT, of work." Heather snickered as she walked away, everyone began to back to what they were doing while glaring at Heather. I sat down and stared at the water.

"Don't listen to her, she doesn't know talent if it hit her in the boob." Noah said sarcastically. I smiled at him, then sighed. "I don't understand why I let her do that." I said as I opened my locker with the picture of me and my older sister. "Who's that?" Noah asked pointing to my sister. "That's my older sister, Alexis. Me and her were very close. She helped my parents take care of me since they had to work. She's my best friend." I told him as I held back tears in my eyes. "You said 'were'. What happened?" Noah asked leaning closer. "We're still close, don't get me wrong. She's in Pittsburg right now learning about criminal justice and works with the FBI sometimes. She left a week after my birthday, I didn't get to say goodbye when she left. I really miss her." I felt a few tears roll down my cheeks as I thought of all the times we had together. She was their for my first crush, first day of high school, first social dance, first heartbreak and more. "Hey, it's okay." I felt Noah's thumb rub under my eye as he dried my tears, he was sweet. "Let's head back." I said pushing his hand away while getting up. I took his hand as we both went back to camp.

Confessional
"I don't know what to do!! I feel like Noah likes me or he's just playing me so he can crush me for the money. Trust me, I've had my back and my heart stabbed by a ton of guys before. I like Noah but, uh I just---- I don't know what to do with my idiotic self anymore!"

I walked out of the confessional rubbing my temples when I bumped into Katie. "Oh, sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going."

"It's totally fine! Hey, are you okay?" Katie asked giving me a worried look, I looked at her and smiled, "I'm okay. Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." She nodded her head. "We may totally be on different teams but if you want to talk I'm always here, so is Sadie!" As if on cue, Sadie appeared, they both hugged and went to their cabin. I stood all alone in the middle of the campsite as I walked to my cabin, big mistake. I ended up bumping into the she devil Heather. "Ew! Watch it stretch marks!" She cringed as I pushed past her. "Why don't you watch it, you skinny she devil headed lookin self." I spat out as she left. I sat on my bed and took a nap thinking about my time here so far.

I woke up to see it was eight o'clock at night. I got up and changed into my bikini to chill in the hot tub. Another big mistake. Sitting all alone reading a novel was the one, the only... Noah. I walked over and smirked, "Can I join you good sir?"

"Whatever, my fair lady." He smirked back as I got in. "Last time I checked, I'm not a lady, I'm a teenage girl who plays guitar and likes Alfredo." Noah snickered as I laughed, I looked at the stars and pointed at some constellations. "Oh look! There's the Big Dipper! And there's Orion's Belt!!!" I grabbed Noah's arm as I pointed at the constellations. "There's Lyra, and then there's Capricorn."

We both began to name constellations as I began to realize how close we are. We were in each other's arms looking at the stars and naming constellations. "There's Cygnus." Noah said but I couldn't see it, "Where do you see that one?" He took my hand and use it to point it out. "Right there." He practically whispered. We turned to face each other as I began to lean into him. We were only centimeters away when we heard something.

"HEY GUYS!!" It was Owen. "Huh?" I jerked away and hit my head on the motor. "Ow!" I screamed grabbing my head, "You okay?" Noah asked feeling my head for a bump or blood, Owen got in and also inspected my head. "I'm fine, I'm gonna go ahead and get some sleep for now. See ya!" I got out and dried off, I walked into the cabin to see Izzy staring at me. "What?" I asked, Izzy smirked as she got up and walked out. "You should talk to Noah. You two are super cute." I blushed as she walked outside, I put on my grey sweatpants and a baggy white t shirt and slipped into bed thinking about my almost...perfect....night
