4 Years Later

Since I don't want to goggle a photo of some kid I was use a photo of my daughter Jade as Michelle and Dustin's daughter.

"CANDACE EVELYN BELT!" I shouted to my four year old as I walked into my living room. It looked like a tornado went through it. All her toys were everywhere.

"Yes mommy?" Candace said when she came into the room looking all innocent. I looked at her.

"What is this mess?" I asked. She looked around.

"I dunno." she said as she shrugged her shoulders.

"Pick up your toys right now." I said.

"But mom Shimmer and Shine is on!" she complained.

"You made the mess Candace. You clean it." I said. She sighed.

"If dad was here he wouldn't make me clean this." she said as she started to clean her toys. I sighed. A year ago she was asking questions when she say daddies picked up their kids from daycare but she only had me. That's when I told her about Dustin. I just let out one little detail.

Dustin doesn't know she exists.

"MICHELLE!" I heard Emma shout when she ran into the house. I rolled my eyes at my best friend. She never knocked on my door first, she always just walked in like she owned the place. "YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE THIS!"

"See what?" I asked as I started to help Candace pick up her toys. I knew she saw me, but pretended she didn't.

"Dude check your twitter!" she shouted. I rolled my eyes again, but grabbed my phone. I went to twitter and looked through the news feed until I came across a tweet.

@dbeltwrites: Going back to my hometown! Maybe meet up with someone I left behind when I moved to LA. Do you guys think she'll want to see me?

I dropped my phone to the floor, hearing it crack. Is he serious?
