Chapter thirty eight

Chaze' POV

Nagising ako sa ring ng cellphone ko...kinuha ko sa bed side table at nakita ko ang pangalan ni alex.

Bago ko sagutin ang tawag, pilit ko munang inalis ang mahigpit na yakap ni sir Dave sa bewang ko at sinuot ang shirt niya na napulot ko sa sahig dahil wala akong kahit anong saplot sa katawan...dahil may nangyari na naman sa amin kagabi.

Pumunta ako sa veranda at doon ko sinagot ang tawag...

"Why Bhe, is there something wrong?" I said as I answered the call.

[ "Nothing, I just missed you...when do you plan to visit?" ] Alex said.

"Hindi ko pa alam, baka malaman kasi ni sir Dave kung saan ako nagpupunta at malaman niya kung sino ako talaga."

[ "Ok, just call or text me...kahit busy rin ako, I'll surely make time for you." ] Malambing na sabi ni Alex.

"Of course, that's how much you love me right?" I said while smiling...

[ "Yes, I love you bhe...take care always!" ]

"I love you too bhe..." I said then ended the call.

Dave's POV

I woke up without Chaze by my side...I look around and saw her at the verenda, talking to someone in her phone.

Lumapit ako para sana yakapin siya mula sa likod, pero napatigil ako ng marinig ko ang sinabi niya sa kausap niya...

No matter how many times I show affection to her...I know I can never replace Angelo in her heart, but I'm still hoping...

"Hey..." Agaw pansin ko sa kanya when she hang up her phone...I embrace her from the back and sniff her neck...Hhhmmm, she's always smell so good.

"Ahhmmm...I'll prefer your breakfast, go to the shower first." She said...agad naman siyang umiwas sa akin at lumabas ng kwarto.

Paglabas ko ng kwarto nakahanda na ang breakfast sa table...sabay kaming kumain.

"Aalis nga pala ako, iupdate ko lang yung tungkol sa party ng mom and dad mo." Sabi ni Chaze habang nilalagyan ako ng pagkain sa plato.

"Sumabay ka na sa akin..." I offer...

"Hindi na, maliligo pa ako at baka malate ka sa pag pasok sa office."

"It's ok, I'm the boss anyway..."

Chaze' POV

I hurry up taking a shower...ayoko namang pag antayin pa siya ng matagal. Problema ko nga lang ay paghinatid niya ako sa office ng Stress Saver (a event planning services owned by Chaze) ay maaari siyang makita ng mga staff ko doon at baka kung ano ang isipin.

I just wore a maong shorts, kacki color sleeveless blouse with sandals and shades...put some light lipstick, spray my favorite perfume, grab my pouch and I'm ready to go.

I told him where the office is located, and I'm thankful that when we arrived, my staffs are busy so they didn't noticed me coming out from Dave's car.

When I enter my office, I immediately sign what I needed to sign, review all my paper works as fast as I could, and to check the lists of guest that invited to the wedding anniversary of Dave's mom and dad. Nakita kong kasama sa list ang dad ko at ang kapatid ni mommy, pero ang kapatid lang ni mommy ang nagconfirm na aattend sa party. So I decided to call mom...
