Later that night Scott and stiles came home to find Haley already searching banks. They had just left the vets where Isaac had been submerged in the water, but both of them knew Haley wouldn't be able to do anything there, so they called her up to search for the bank robbery as soon as they left.
She was sitting in stiles room, engrossed with her work. Some papers were already flying off of the printer but that didn't stop her from printing more. Scott sifted through the printed sheets, and stiles began to print out more from his computer. Soon enough the room was covered. Barely any words were spoken other than theories, leading to a whole night of rummaging through paper as their deadline was the following day.

The door crept open, allowing sherif Stilinski to see the damage caused from the night before. Scott was awkwardly positioned on the desk chair, just above where stiles had fallen asleep on the floor. His head turned to see his daughter quilted by layers of papers and one paper floating in the air as she breathed. He groaned as he looked at his watch, how could they have stayed up all night working?
"Get up guys. Time to go to school." He called, watching as the Chair Scott sat at twirled from the his body shooting up. Stiles and Haley groaned in unison, the girl toppling to the floor as she tried to roll over. Their dad started to anxiously roll his sleeves, nerves boiling over from the information he had to give.
He quickly walked over to Haley and pulled her up out of her slump, pushing her to the door of stiles room. He turned to see stiles rubbing his eyes as he sat up, both twins staring expectingly toward their father.
"She's still missing. But i don't want you two to worry, I want you to go get ready for school." He said, his tone covered in sympathy as he turned to the door and continued to usher his daughter out and to her room.
The only thought ringing in haleys ears as she walked to her room.
She should have tried better to protect the ones around her.

Haley shoved her belongings into the tiny hole she was assigned, sighing as she looked back for her friends. She mumbled something under her breath as she quickly pushed her locker shut to hunt them down.
Just as the door shut a body was revealed next to her. "Are you going to tell me why you were so worked up yesterday yet?" Aiden asked casually, leaning against some of the closed lockers. Haleys body jumped backward from shock, not expecting a body nor a voice so close to her.
"Nope." She replied, re adjusting her bag against her shoulder, a smirk toying at the corners of her lips.
"Are you going to tell me why your so obsessed with me and my group yet?" Haley observed, noticing how his smirk fell before he quickly replaced it with another one."Nope." He responded, finally lifting himself up off of the locker.
"Well then I guess we are stuck." Haley noted, her eyebrow raised as she waited for his response, which never came.
He was barely able to step forward when a pair of hands wrapped themselves around haleys body and lifted her up backward. Her eyes went wide as she pulled at the hands, noticing the tone as Scotts. Before she had time to respond to being pulled backward, stiles came into her view and was heading straight toward aiden.
"Stay away from my sister." He yelled as he pushed the twin against the lockers. Aiden's eyes flickered with amusement as he looked the twin up and down.
"Make me."
And then a door stopped haleys view from the fight.
The grip was released and Haley instantly turned around to shove Scott in the chest. "You had no right to do that." She shouted as she kept pushing against his chest. The door opened again and stiles walked through and straight to his sister.
