chapter 4 - Serenas nightmare

When gary oak saw serena flying to his grandfathers lab on ashes charizard his heart sank he knew this day would come but not this soon he called for his wife misty and both ran towards serena who was sobbing uncontrolably misty took astrid and chris from her whilst gary took hold of her and held her close "its gonna be ok" he said trying to comfort her but all he could think of was ash and weather he managed to escape.

Inside they were greeted by proffesor oak who knew what needed to be done "we need to get you somewhere safe you cant return home yet there you are delia" at the sight of ashes mom serena broke down again in tears "take serena and the children to yours scott will be round later to pick you up"

Back at delias house in pallet town serena was in shock the twins were sound asleep in ashes old room and delia came in with tea for serena "its going to be ok dear" she said with a huge smile "ash will pull through he always does what do you have there" she pointed to two envelopes that were in serenas hands serena looked down at them and felt her self well up again "ash gave them to me he said if he doesnt make it then to give them to astrid and chris on there 10th birthday" just then they heard a knock at the door they opened it to find a man standing there in a hawaian shirt "ready to go?" He asked
"Where are we going" asked serena
"To the hoenn region where you can lay low if team rocket has taken control of ash then you will be the first one they will seek out to break him completely"

Serena couldnt believe it that her husband of 5 years may be turned against her she reluctantly accepted what scott had to say and got the kids in the car and took a final glance of pallet town as they set off for the hoenn region.

So for a recap serena ashes mom and kids are all in hiding whilst ash is under the control of team rocket seems like the shit has hit the fan
