Ash awoke from a nightmare the past 5 years events was replayed in his mind over and over again how team rocket went from torturing him to toughen him up to using him against unsuspecting trainers the faces of each inocent person he killed was going through his mind the images of there cold dead bodies being repeated over and over again turning him into a cold blooded killer " how can i face my family now" he thought looking at his reflection in a nearby lake the wound on the back of his neck had healed thanx to his aura but it constantly reminded him of the things he did.
He stared at his reflection and didnt recognize himself anymore the scars on his face made him look older than he was his hair was streaked with grey and his body was muscular and haggard .
He heard movement in the bushes behind him and hid in the shadows he was shocked to see who it was his old rival gary oak.
Garys POV
"Ash i know your round here" he said into the emptiness "I attached a tracker to you before you electricuted me which by the way i do not forgive you for mind control or not you shit".
Gary hoped the last comment would bring him out of hiding suddenly he turned round and saw a man emerge from the shadows "nice to see you again ash".
