Tala's P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of my alarm ringing, I quickly searched for it beside me to close it with my eyes still closed.

I felt something heavy on my waist, I opened my eyes to find that it was shawn's hand?

He was cuddling me?

I don't know why did he do that, I moves in my place so That I was facing him, He looked so peacefully sleeping, I didn't want to wake him up.

I touched his cheek while he was asleep, there was a scratch there, he frowned softly then his face relaxed again.

I didn't realise that I was staring at him for a long time until he opened his eyes, he looked confused then he smiled at me, "Morning Tala. "

Did you know that morning voice made guys so much sexy than they already are.

His hands grabbed my waist and hugged me harder, "Shawn, how did you come up here?", I asked him confused.

"You don't remember last nigh? ", he asked hurt.

WAIT, what happened? Oh god I'm in his shirt and he's shirtless please tell ne nothing happened.

" Wait, not what you're thinking, " he chuckled at my reaction.  I took a breath," but really what happened? " I asked again.

He closed his eyes," You were screaming at your sleep last night, things like 'I'm sorry,  please no' things like that and I was worried so I tried to wake you up because you were shaking and crying, "

I dreamed about him again.

"Then I asked you what's wrong, you told me you were scared, I asked from what you said sam.. Who's sam, Tala?"
My body flinched as I heard his name again, Shawn's eyes looked at me, "What's wrong," tears started collecting back to my eyes.

"It's my ex boyfriend, " I whispered quietly, he looked confused and then he hugged me hard," The abusive one? " Shawn asked I nodded my head.

" Oh baby, you were dreaming about him hurting you? "

I nodded my head again and started sobbing in his arms.

" he will never hurt you, okay? As long as I'm here, he'll never touch you. " I looked at him and I placed my head at the space between his neck and his shoulder.

We have been staying in the bed for so long, shawn sleeping on his back while my head is resting on his chest.

I don't know what's happening here, but I don't want this to stop.

He was playing with my hair, "Do You Want me to braid it?" he said quietly to me, I looked at him and smiled, "Yeah."

We both sit up and then I sat my back to his chest, our legs beside each other.

He started braiding my hair, "who helped you to learn to braid hair?"

"I always watch my mom braids Aaliyah's hair and sometimes I braid hers. "

" aand we're finished! ", he sang it, I laughed at him.

" What, you did it so quickly, my hair is long, people take a long time to do it. "

" you said 'people' , excuse me I'm the shawn mendes, " he said smirking.

I turned around and attacked him, he laid down and I quickly ran away, A pillow was thrown at me and I fell to the ground, I saw Shawn running at me while screaming ,"this is spartaaa." 

he jumped over me and started tickeling me,I couldn't stop laughing hysterically .

"stop," laughing ,"Staaaaaap"

"not until you say shawn is the bestest and he's so hot."

i raised my eyebrow at him," It's your choice," he started tickeling me again harder this time ,I couldnt take it any more.

"Shawn is thebeeeeeestest," laughing ," he's so " laughing ,"haaaaaaawt."

he laughed at me and I hide my face with my hands, he brings my hand down ," good girl," he whispered .

i didn't realise that we was very close to each other. shawn was almost sleeping on me , his legs on the both sides of my body, his hands were by my head and our faces were inches away from each other.

I looked at his eyes and I didn't realise that they were that beautiful before, they werent just brown. they were a dark honey colour. I could feel his eyes stealing glances at my lips and that's when my heart skipped a beat. 

His hands touched my cheeks softly," you have such beautiful skin." I just nodded at him beacause I can't talk now, and if i did , i'd probably moan.

" and eyes too, they are so so pretty," I nodded again bitting my lip as I fely his breath on my face.

He placed his hands on my lips and stopped me from bitting my lip, "Don't" he warned. I nodded agin , I want to tell him anything but my tongue seemed to forget how to move. I could feel him getting closer,he closed his eyes and I almost felt his lips on me,

"Breakfast is read- OH MY GOSH I'M SO SORRY ", I pushed Shawn away from me quickly and I looked at Aaliyah who opened the door.

"next time, knock on the door Ally. okay? " , Shawn was blushing so hard while pulling at his hair ,I bet I looked like a tomato too.

" yeah," Aaliyah runned to the door and closed it after her ,I did the same and went to the bathroom.

"Tala, wait. dammit." I heard Shawn call for me but I just ignored him. were we going to kiss? oh god, we didnt even start and here we are.

I don't know if I wanted to kiss him or not but that moment just felt right.

Breakfast was very awkward , between me and shawn of course . the rest of the family were having great time togethar . i was going to take bread when I felt shawn's hand on me, "sorry" he whispered . I just nodded back, why was he saying sorry? Why was he apologising?

"sorry to c ockblock," I heard Aaliyah tell shawn whispering but I heared her, I chuckled at them quietly ," shut up alliyah," I heared Shawn whisper-yell at her.

" Dude I didnt know that you would do that on your very first day here, keep it down man." I laughed at her at both of them looked at me," sorry ," I raised my hand at them surrendering with a mouthful of food.

"what's going on kids?", karen-shawn's mom said, "Shawn is mad at me because I c-" , Shawn placed his hand on aaliyah mouth. 

" nothing mom." then he looked at me," nothing happend." he returned back to eat.

what was that supposed to mean?
