Tala's P.O.V

Shawn had to leave because of this photoshot he was going to make for fluent magazine . I, on the other hand, was preparing myself for this party tonight.

I was thinking about Shawn, my plan, everything. I was scared that I'd mess up everything, I don't even know what I want, do I want him? Or do I want him to regret making me feel like shit that day?

I was so lost in my mind, I've never been this unsure about anything.

I looked at the mirror, "You. Can. Do. It." I told my reflection taking a huge breath and taking my makeup bag out to get ready.

While I was doing my makeup, I heard my phone ringing.

I checked the ID but the caller was unknown.

"Hi, who's talking? " I answered while looking for my heels.

" Hey babygirl, I've missed you. " I dropped my heels on the ground.

No it can't be him.

" S-Sam? " My voice came out as a whisper, body trembling and unsteady breath.

" Yes, babygirl. How is Los Angeles treating you? " I could picture him smirking.

" H-How did you know? " I finally stood up again holding into the chair in fear of falling down.

" It doesn't matter babe, all what matters is that I can't wait until I see your beautiful body tonight. " then the line went dead.

" What! No! How did you even-". I placed my hand on my mouth, I can't believe he found me again.

Tonight? How the hell? How did he even find me?

I sat on the chair, trying to calm myself down. But my hands won't stop shaking. My body won't stop trembling, suddenly tears were falling down on my face, I can't take it anymore, I can't meet him again.

This is not real, it can't be. I stood up and looked at the mirror "Wake up!" I screamed at my reflection on the mirror. I have to leave this town, I have to disappear before he finds me again.

Out of nowhere, I heard the sound of the room's door being opened.

I jumped to my feet quickly, "Who's this?"  I called out loud.

Shawn entered the room while smirking, "Its shawn. Who else woul- Tala what's wrong?" his smile turned into a concerned one.

"I-I don't, he found me! I just-" Shawn looked confused at me getting closer to me. "Hey, hey, what's wrong?" his hand touched my shoulder in a comforting way, making goosebumps rise and my heart to speed up.

I looked at him, tears falling from my eyes, I hate this. I hate being so weak in front of people, I hate being so powerless.

When I looked at him I found comfort and care.

I didn't care about that plan I had or anything that has happened between us, I had enough of everything. I just wanted to run to his arms, just cuddle him all day long because That's how I'd feel safe after all what happened.
but I shouldn't. I can't.

"Shawn, I can't take it anymore. I'm so scared. " I came closer to him. I looked to his eyes, they were filled with so many emotions.

I could see his eyes begging me to come closer, I didn't care about anything else that's all I needed.

I jumped right into his strong arms, crying on his shoulder. He was frozen from the surprise at first but then his arms wrapped themselves around me. Making me cry even more.

"Shawn, I don't want to go anywhere tonight. " I said while resting my head on his chest.

" Just tell me what do you want and I'll do it. Anything Tala." he said in my hair as he was hugging me.

"I messed up alot, I know. I'm so sorry I was so blind. Tell me what can I do for you? What do you want? " his soft hands touched my cheek.

" I want you. " I whispered, his body just got frozen again.

" Not. In. That. Way. " I hide my face in his chest from embarrassment. He just chuckled.

" Would you just tell me what happened? " he looked at me.

I took a huge breath," after you left I receive-" I was interpreted by the door bell. Who would it be?

I heard the door ringing again,
suddenly his eyes got wide as if he had just realised something.
" I'll go get it. "I said to him quietly.
I took his hands away from my body to move but he kept them there, when his face suddenly turned yellow.

" No no, I'll-umm-I'll  get it, just-go wash your face from the makeup because you were crying andIwillberightback".

Okay, something is definitely wrong I know for sure.

"What? " I was confused by him suddenly.

He just ran out of the room," Just stay here for a moment, I have to talk to someone. "

" Shawn, what's happening? " I followed him out of the room. I heard some chatting outside so I went to the door to check.

I saw no one but Amanda standing at the door giving my that fake smile with her fake lips." What is this doing here? " She said while pointing her slim finger at me.

" Shawn? What. The. Hell? " I told him crossing my hands in front of my chest.

Shawn was quiet while running his hand through his hair.

" Shawn! " we both yelled at him.

" I can explain. " Shawn said raising his hands as if surrendering to us.

Oh you really have to explain.

I'm so so sorry, I know this chapter isn't that good but I wrote it quickly without even editing it again because I promised I'll update today.

oh and I'm adding a new character to the story so COMMENT YOUR NAMES BELLOW AND I'LL CHOOSE ONE.

Aaand what do you think about this chapter?

Oh and if you don't remember who's sam, it's Tala's abusive boyfriend that she mentioned at the first chapters, the eleventh chapters actually under the name of  "secrets are unleashed."

Oh and MISTAKEN IS SO CLOSE TO 15K IS THIS EVEN REAL, man I thought my story will reach like 500 readers at the most.

Let me just remind you guys once again that English is not my first language and I'm sorry for my grammar and spelling mistakes. And I'm totally okay with anyone correcting my mistakes but please just don't be rude while doing so. Because I've noticed some mistakes like "the story is trash" or "The grammar makes me cringe"
So, you either correct me nicely or you can very easily remove this story from your library, I'm not forcing you:))
