Deception To Sweet

Chapter 2

Breyanna

  I woke up to the sound of arguing. I look outside my building and its mr and ms. Bronx they always arguing, but its so sweet because Mr.Bronx always find away to make it up to her. I envy they relationship sometimes I have nobody to share companionship with, no one to wake up to or make love with. “Aughhhh” I sign I looked at my alarm and it was ten thirty have to be at work in a hour. I'm a nurse so I'm always busy, and I put my all in my job I'm a workaholic, so I don't even have time for no man in my life.

  I walk towards my bathroom I ran warm water to wash my face. I examine my body I was short to be twenty two but I'm thicker than a snicker lol. I have a short pixie hair style, hazel eyes, and b cups I'm a man catcher but I don't put no time in them so I go about my day.

   After the accident with my father and my mother I don't trust no man. I was only sixteen when I caught my father cheating with my ex best friend mother. I was going over her house so we could go to the mall but when I got there I notice my father car was in the driveway. I went up to my friends room and when she saw me she look shock, I knew something was wrong but I didn't wanna believe it.I asked her what was my father doing here she was speechless.

  Soon as I heard the knob to her mothers room door turned I turn to see my father the man I look up to coming out fixing his pants on the phone with I'm assuming my mother. “ yes babe I'm leaving the office right now alright”. He hung up but the look of death was on his face the moment he saw me. “how could you do this to my mother”. I cried as tears was pouring out of my eyes. He tried to reach out for me but I ran down the stairs and  ran all the way home. I never spoke to crystal again because she knew what my father was doing and never told me, I felt betrayed I hated her. She was jealous and wanted everything I had in high school.

    My phone started ringing bringing me out my trance, I looked to see who it was and it was my mother, I love to talk to my mother but lately we haven't had time to talk because I've been busy .“hello” I sang into the phone.

   “wow I thought something happen to you” she ask surprise I picked up. “im soo sorry mama I been busyyyy and I be forgetting to return your call ”. I apologize

  “I understand baby but I would like to see you soon don't let that job take up to much of your time ” my mother said

“alright mom I will be by later I have to get ready for work...I love you”. I told her. “i love you to see you soon” she said we both said our goodbyes and I went to get dress for work.

   It was only ten and I was heading out for work, my stomach started howling I realize I haven't had no breakfast so I went to the nearest gas station to get a cup of coffee and a muffin. As I pulled up I hop out went I to get me a vanilla mocha ice with a blueberry muffin I paid for my things as I mad it back to the car I fifteen more minutes for work.

“Excuse me” I heard a voice behind me say. It was a nice looking guy he was brown skin tall look like he could play basketball, he had a bald head and his lips was full and look soft. “yes” I said looking impatient. “sorry I know your on your way but your beautiful I would love to take you to dinner” he said looking me up and down.

I didn't wanna be rude so I just told him sure and gave him my number I had ten minutes to get to work. “ thank you I won't disappoint” he flirted. We said our goodbyes and I made it to work on time, I clocked in and started my day but I couldn't believe who I saw walking up to me.
