Damn now he was some fine.as brotha damn, I thought pulling off denzel umm he was fine, tall had green eyes, I couldn't believe I didn't give him my number, but by his looks you can tell he a player and i don't have time for that. Today at work was stressful I still can't believe crystal was pregnant I would have been happy if we was still friends. When we was younger we use to always say we would be god parents to each other kids.. I put my day behind me as I head over to my mother house.

I was two blocks away from my mom house when my phone started to ring. I picked it up without looking at the number “hello” I sang into the phone.

“hi um. I was the guy from.the gas station earlier” he said “oh how did you get my number so quick denzel” I asked him..“who is denzel?my name is micheal” I almost hit the car car in front of me as I thought back to the other gentlemen who I actually gave my number to.

“im so sorry hello Michael how are you” I apologize. “im good how was your day” he asked .“it was long lol but I'm heading over to my moms so can I hit you back later” I asked him..“of course I'll call later save me in your phone” he told me, I agreed that I would and hung up a little embarrassed I called him the wrong name.

  I pulled into my mother driveway and got out she was on the porch, my mother was beautiful we looked exactly alike my dad was stupid for cheating on her I thought. I hugged my mother tight, haven't seen her in weeks..

“how my baby been” she asked me. “oh mama I'm doing fine just been working” I told her
She looked at me I could tell.as wanted to have a woman to woman talk.

We sat in the front patio she offered me some tea, I told her sure and we sat down.“when are you going to have me some grandkids” I almost spit out my drink from her forwardness.“um mom I'm not thinking about no babies right now”. “speaking of babies you I saw  crystal today she is expecting” I told her. She rolled her eyes at the mention of my ex best friend name. She treated crystal like her own so she was truly hurt.

“mm well I'm not worried about her I'm worried about you all this working you missing out on life baby”she said full of concern

“i know mama but I haven't even found a decent man yet”. But I met two today I begin telling her about the incident in the car too, she laugh at my mistake I told her that wasn't funny “well  make sure you chose the right guy because your not getting any younger” she told me.

“i know mama I'm going to try my best”. I told her I had to leave so I can get up in the morning for work, she stood we hugged each other tight and I left promising I will call her often.

As I drove home all I thought about was Denzel he was eye candy, but as soon as I got home micheal called me, I agreed to go out with him tomorrow night after I took my shower and went to bed.
