It's been Three weeks now. A long sad , depressing three weeks at that. We at least wanted to see him for the last time. They couldn't have a funeral because they couldn't find His body.

Sometimes I'd call the number meek gave me hoping I'll get a answer and hear that deep, sexy voice of his. I missed him so much. I'd do anything to hear him say "I love you" again , I'd do anything to have one of those ice cream days with him & Papi again.

Papi wasn't talking at all these last few days and it was really bothering me. I felt as if I was letting meek down because papi wasn't happy.

"I've tried everything, his favorite things wouldn't even get him to talk." I told Omelly

Omelly came down Today, He said he just wanted to spend more time with us but when I told him papi wasn't talking to anyone he said he'd get him to talk.

"Papi," he called out to him & Papi sat there quiet

"Wassup with you man? You don't hear nobody talking to you?" Omelly asked him but Papi wasn't saying a word.

"Rihmeek!" I called out to him resting my hand on my hip

Shifting my weight to my other leg we both stood over him.

"Nicki let me put a Belt to em' right quick." Omelly told me and I laughed

"No, you are not whooping my baby,"

"Hell, he need one."

Papi smacked his teeth then got up and walked out of the kitchen.

"Ugh, I'll try to talk to him. Looks like your plan might be needed O."

Walking in the living room I saw him sitting on the couch. I sat next to him and he looked up at me with a smile but didn't speak.

"Still not talking?" I asked him not really expecting an reply

He shook his 'No' making me giggle. He picked up the remote control to the TV and I took it out of his hand and turned the TV off making him gasp

"You're not getting it back until you talk to me," he sighed

"What? You don't like Me anymore? You don't like Miss.Nicki," I started to tickle him

He started laughing "stop it!" He laughed

"Are you going to stop ignoring me?" I asked laughing

"No!" He yelled out making me continue to tickle him

"Okay, okay." He said and I saw a tear fall on the side of his face

"Okay what?"

"I'll talk to you miss.Nicki." he said and I stopped tickling him. He wiped his face and sat up.

"Why did you start ignoring me anyways?"

"Well, I was sad because dad Didn't keep his promise." I felt my heart beat increase knowing we were going talk about this subject again.

"Papi," I sighed "its not your dad fault that he didn't keep his promise , It's just what it came down to. I know he's really sorry that he let you down but you have to forgive him. Okay?" He nodded

"Okay,"

"You have to be strong , WE have to be strong, and being strong isn't ignoring everyone." He nodded again

"Okay Miss.Nicki , im sorry for ignoring you." I hugged him

"It's okay baby," I hugged him tightly Placing a kiss on his forehead then pulling away, I handed him the remote back.

"Thanks," he said smiling

"Next time you ignore me," I stood up "I'm bringing the belt out." He laughed

"No need ," he said

"Good," I walked off

"You good right sis?" Omelly asked me

We sat on the balcony looking over everything.

"Um, I'm not good but I can work through it. I don't know if crying myself to sleep is the definition of Good." I smiled at him

"Yeah, I could tell you're trying not to show Pap you're sad & you're definitely trying your best to stay calm at this situation."

I nodded in response

"I know my cuz would've loved this," I smiled

"That's what papi Said."

"I could hear him now. "This shit official." Omelly laughed but I could really see the hurt in him

"Fuck! I wish that was me in that fucking car Man." He broke down

Tears rolling down his face. I could tell this was his first time crying since the news. I sat there not knowing what to say or do.

"Omelly, stop! Don't say that. Everything happens for a reason and I'm pretty sure meek wouldn't want you saying stuff like that."

"He'd be happy to see how strong we all are at this point. We both have to stay strong for him. We have to raise papi to be fearless..." I started to get choked up "J-Just like his Father." I wiped the fast rolling tear off of my face.

"My fam yo,"

"We're not letting him down , Right Melly?" I asked placing my hand on his shoulder &  he looked up at me

"Nawl, definitely not doing that sis," he hugged me tight

"So how is it going with You and Candi?" I asked him trying to change the subject. The last thing we need was another break down

Omelly and Candi hooked up sometime after the party in California. Tak, Thembi, Omelly and Candi go on Dates together.

Even though I already know because they call me every night on three way to tell me everything they did.

"Um, it's going good. She got a lot of mouth but I know how to get that in check." He wiped off his face

"Um, First..Gross & second I don't need to know about You and my Friend's Sex Life. Now I regret asking." We both laughed

"Well.. Had to let you know... Yo friend a pro." He rapped out making our laughs grow louder

Papi walked out onto the balcony where me & omelly was at. He was slowly dragging his feet. He came to an stop in front of me and just stared at Omelly.

I looked down at him but he was staring right at Omelly not even speaking.

All of a sudden he walked up to O and hugged him.

"I'm sorry Melly," omelly picked him up and I was just in Aww

"It's okay big man, I'm sorry for yelling at you, alright?"

"Ight," papi nodded

"Aw, I'm jealous.. I want a hug Papi." He looked at me and I had a pout on my face

He jumped down and walked to me
"My big baby," I picked him up and hugged him

"You so jealous ugh." Omelly said playfully shoving me

"Yeah, whatever... You get  enough hugs from yo chick."

"You right, speaking of her. She was getting smart earlier , Let me handle that on face time." He smirked

"Ewwww, y'all are gross. Don't go to my room!" I yelled out to him as he walked off

"He is crazy." I told papi making my eyes go different directions causing him to laugh

"You don't have to tell me.. I been knew that." We both laughed
