I looked at myself in the mirror. The same girl was staring back at me, yet I looked completely different. There was a glow to my eyes that was never quite there before. A spark of sorts, and I definitely didn't feel the same. I felt energized and the soft hum of the unknown was floating about me. I was excited by it all. I felt alive for the first time in years. Looking at the clothing I had chosen, the white ensemble hugged my curves perfectly. With my suede heels adding definition to my calves and to my height. Satisfied, I moved over to the dressing table, to add the finishing touches to my makeup. I had gone for a natural and light look. I wouldn't want to look too painted and frivolous. I tried my best to replicate the motions as the girl in the store had showed me. I added a dark brown lip liner and matte nude lipstick too finish it all off. I turned, grabbing my new bag, feeling confident that I was "suitable" enough to meet the Alpha of this territory. I walked out of my room and into the twin's new room. They were completely enthralled by all of the toys that surrounded them. I just hoped they hadn't messed on their new clothes; the Moon Goddess knew they were capable of anything. "You ready to go?" I asked, as they got up from what they were doing and ran over to me. "Yeah we're ready but do we have to wear these shirts Li? It's so tight around my arms!", Mason complained. I had dressed them in matching white shirts and blue skinny jeans. Their curls would never behave even if I tried to keep it down with hair wax, so I didn't even try to attempt it. "C'mon Mase you two look so handsome and I want you to look your best!". He nodded, he knew there was no point in arguing. Noah looked as if he was pleased with his attire, patting down his shirt every now and then. "I like this shirt Mia, thanks!".

As if he had known we were ready that very second, Abe appeared. "If I may madam; you looking breath-taking this evening. Your mate is the luckiest werewolf to walk this earth." I giggled and retorted, "Abe is someone paying you to say that? I can assure you no one has ever thought, yet alone said that to me." He looked at me with surprise and then his facial expression turned to be more serious, as if he were honestly offended that I had never received a compliment like that before. Abe turned to the boys and looked down at them saying; "And the two of you look very handsome too, young masters, your sister has very good taste in clothing". They smiled at each other, loving the attention Abe was giving them. "Oh, Mia I placed Marley in the office till we return, I have left him food and water too". I nodded my thanks. I didn't think it would be acceptable to bring our puppy too.

I took my brothers by the hand and slowly descended the stairs. I had to make sure that I was fully in control of my balance or the boys would come tumbling down with me too. We crossed the apartment foyer and arrived at the elevator door. I was beyond thankful that Abraham was here. This process would have been far more difficult if I was on my own. I turned to him as we entered the elevator and looked him dead in the eyes, "Thank you Abraham, this means more than you could ever imagine", he shook his head and placed a hand on my shoulder, telling me there was no need for anymore thanks.

As we excited the apartment building, I looked up to see a beautiful black SUV, with tinted windows. Abe opened the back door, patiently waiting for us to slide in. After closing the door, he walked around to the driver's door, starting the engine and swiftly drove on to the main road of the town. I began to fiddle with Noah's little fingers, a million questions swimming through my mind. "Abe, where is the Alphas mansion?" I asked calmly, taking in the sites that surrounded me. I made a mental note of what I saw; coffee shop, book store... Oh thank the Goddess! "The mansion is about 10 minutes out of town ma'am". Abe looked in the rear view mirror seeing the concern on my face. Would he like us? Was I supposed to bring the twins or was this a formal dinner? Why didn't I ask Abe any of these questions earlier! I suppose Abe would have told me if the twins were not allowed. Besides, I couldn't not bring them, who would watch over them? They were six year olds! Capable of bringing any house down, no matter the size.
