We walked in and all eyes landed on me. I feel so out of place here! Never in my life had I ever been as self conscious as I was now. Every eye of the 6 people other than Inferna were on me.
Inferna was staring at the 6th lady she looked old, frail, but all knowing. I had never seen her before, but the look in her eyes said she knew who I was. Her pitch white eyes glowed as she looked at all of us.
Just then her head turned looking at Ferna, and with that Ferna stormed out leaving me to brave them by myself.
Fog looked at me then to Penalty she immediately went after Ferna. Then he spoke his strong voice filled the room.
"This is Oracle she can see the future. There are very few people in the Outcast world who don't come to her for advice. Inferna is one of those few she believes that if she doesn't hear the future it is less likely to happen. Which is not true."
"We want her to do a reading on you, but for that you need to be alone with you and she can be a bit..." Green Thumb paused, "overwhelming."
"I can take it." I replied.
With that they just left. That is when I noticed how different this room looks from when I first came here. All of the windows were covered with thick blankets and all of the furniture had been removed from the dining room except for a small table, two chairs, and a crystal ball with some surrounding candles. Well this already off to a freaky start.
Everything was silent and I swear I couldn't see Oracle but some how I could tell she was there with me. Then abruptly she was in front of me she gabbed my chin and forced me to look at her.
"Oh I can sense this will be a good reading. But I have some rules. Rule 1 while I am speaking you are silent. Rule 2 listen to everything I say. Rule 3 do everything I tell you to. Are we all cleared up?"
I couldn't respond; God knows I would reply something that annoyed or offended her.
"Good now that that is all cleared up lets get this show on the path."
