When Cassandra was younger she couldn't sleep in a bed. She never had one when she lived with her father, and she didn't have one when she was on the streets. Sleeping in one brought a rather foreign feeling into her, and she disliked it. Eventually she adjusted to be comfortable in a bed, but she could usually still find the same comfort curled beneath a bench or desk.
