Chapter 01
The Rivals MeetGold was on a tree in Ilex Forest, he had made a quick visit to his mom - they spent a night together and then he was off back to the forest. Champions always picked the dangerous places to be in. All because they knew that only strong trainers dared to go there. If you were wondering why in the world was Gold on a tree, the answer was simple, he just wanted to keep a look out.
Golden eyes landed on the shrine that was built there. He guessed it was the reason why he was Ilex Forest, he felt safer to be away from the human population for once. Though people from Azalea town kept using the forest to get to Goldenrod, the shrine was away from the main route. Only an old man knew the way to the shrine. Him and some other people.
"You should get down, Ethan," a voice called.
Gold looked down to see Diamond standing next to the shrine. The golden eyed teen jumped down from the tree, even with the height, he still survived. "Nice to see ya' Lucas."
"You too Ethan Hibiki," Diamond addressed him in his full name. "You're the first one?"
"Duh, I live around here," Gold said.
"Sure you do." Another person had joined them. This one had brown eyes, brown hair and a blue jacket.
"Touya," Gold said.
Black smiled and fixed his cap. "Where's the other two?"
"Ruby got to Kanto to send Red his invitation and then he had to go back to Hoenn to pack. And you know Red, he arrives fashionably late," Diamond told.
Black shook his head but agreed to the statement.
"You didn't went back to your house did ya, Touya?" Gold asked.
"Most of my things were stored in my PC, so I didn't bother to," Black said.
"You should had gone back and tell your mom," Diamond said.
"Don't worry, she knows. We talk to each other on the phone all the time," Black told. "Well, at least once a week, yes?"
"You know. If we are going to wait for Red to come, we might miss the entrance ceremony."

Green had walked through the crowded area. Over his shoulder was his backpack and on his left hand he was carrying his luggage. He just arrived in the school's entrance and people were everywhere, showing off their pokemon. They came from different regions and he could see that some of them boasted over one gym badge.
Just how many idiots were there in this school?
The sixteen-year-old ignored the other trainers and proceeded trying to find the dorm so he could sleep. He would have to admit one thing though, the school was freaking huge!
