*Two Years Later*

Surprise! Doctor Johnson POV

The other doctors and I had been watching her for a while. No luck what-so-ever. We were able to save her, but she had gone into a coma. I sighed.

"Johnson," my co-worker, Mai Kole, said, looking at me. "Your turn." she smiled a bit. I nodded and entered, bringing the needle and canister. I did the usual routine of taking blood to be on the safe side. I checked her vitals, and I couldn't help but wonder how long it was going to be before she woke up.

As I went to leave, I heard the heart monitor speed up. I looked to my colleagues, who were wide eyed. I turned to the patient, who groaned and her eyes fluttered open. I stared at her for quite some time before she finally looked right back at me. She tilted her head, then reached on the table next to her bed for something. Whatever that something was, I did not know.

She finally squinted to look at the table. I heard her mumble something, but I couldn't make out what it was. Suddenly, she looked straight at me again. She tilted her head, then as I went to turn aroun and leave, she said something strange.

"Where is he?"

Jeff POV

I was sick and tired of it when she died. All the ridicule of me having a heart, and all the depression, too. So I started to travel more. I saw less and less of the others and more and more of different places. I was still so distracted by Phoenix. But, never-the-less, I started to pray at night a little. Mostly I would talk to her, updating her on what was going on. Still, it was never the same without her, or her laugh and smile.

It's been.... a year since I last saw the Manor, maybe. I wouldn't be surprised if no one remembered me, and let's just say I'd be one hell of a surprised killer if they still did. In fact, I might make a stop to see how the others have been doing. How much they've grown............ Nah.

I felt my phone buzzing in my pocket and I raised a brow. Who would be calling right now?? I took my phone out. OF COURSE, Slender would call right now. I sighed and pressed the green button, putting the phone to my ear.

"What?" I asked harshly. I guess it was too harsh for Slender's liking.

"Don't use that tone." he said, practically hissing into the phone. I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry." I said. "Now what do you want Slender? I'm busy avoiding the Manor." I asked him. He sighed. I could practically tell that if he had eyes, he DEFINITELY would have been rolling them. No doubt, if I were there, he would have killed me. Good thing I'm not there.

"I need you to come see this..." he replied. I exhaled through my nose.

"I already told you I'm not going back right now. I want some alone time to cool off." I ran a hand through my hair, hating myself for actually turning around towards the Manor. I don't even know why, but I felt I should. Probably Slender trying to force me to come back. Then, I heard something. It was very faint, but also super distinguishable.

"What are you keeping me here for!?" a voice in the staticky background. A very familiar voice.

"You better not be pulling my goddamn leg, Slender. I will visit there once. If you trick me, I will make sure every motherfucker in that Manor dies." I grumbled. "I'm on my way." I hung up without another word and looked across the horizon. I saw the house in the distance. It was really small. Wow. I guess I had traveled a long distance. I guess I should start the journey now. With that, the first step I took, was now a step towards home...
