??? POV

"Can I leave now?" I asked the tall one. He turned to me. I shuddered slightly as I looked up to his face. I mean, who wouldn't be slightly creeped out by a featureless face.

"No." he said sternly. He turned around again, talking to a small person. He looked like Santa's elf on steroids. I shuddered again. Looking to my right, I saw a little girl with long, curly brown hair and green eyes. She was cuddling a teddy bear and was dressed in a torn pink nightgown.

"Excuse me, but... who was that faceless man talking to on the phone?" I turned to face her. She looked at me, smiled and giggled.

"He was talking to Jeff! The one I was telling you about a few moments ago!" she replied in a chipper voice. My eyes widened.

"I need to talk to him!" I said urgently, pulling out of the chair slightly. I couldn't move much, however, feeling the bonds on my hands. I sighed. "Let me out."

"Not until Jeff gets here." a large clown looking man appeared in front of me. I looked up at his face, and memories flooded back.

"YOU!" I screamed. "YOU WERE THE ONE!" I was practically on bloodlust. It took everything I had not to go at this dude. He chuckled. I glared at him with a look that could kill.

"Don't worry. He'll be here soon." he said, then walked off.

I growled, then slumped back, sighing. "Untie me.... I'm not going anywhere."

Sally nodded and started untying my bonds. I clenched and unclenched my fists, trying to get circulation. Then I rubbed my face.

"How long till he gets back??" I asked Slender.

Slender turned to me. "Knowing him, thirty minutes."

"Can I at least go to take care of hygeine??" I asked.

"Fine."

I got up and walked to my room, grabbing clothes, then went to the bathroom, running the water. I looked at it blankly, lost in thought as I stripped and got in.

Why did he leave?? I thought, then was hit with realization. He thought I was dead..... damn it Laughing Jack!

I sighed and washed, then changed into comfy pajamas. Brushing out my hair, I walked back to the living room.

Everyone was waiting.

"How long now??"

Slender coughed. "Five minutes."

I smiled some and sat on the couch, careful to sit nearer to Sally than Laughing Jack. Sally smiled, then got in between us and glared at Laughing Jack. Apparently she had found out what happened, too.

Five minutes. Five more minutes until he walked through that door. Five....

Jeff POV

I got close to the house and ran a hand through my hair. Was she really alive?? What if she wasn't?? I don't know what I would do.

I sighed and stopped, my hand hovering over the doorknob. My body tensed slightly, I don't even know why. Maybe I just didn't want to accept that Phoenix could still be dead. I bit my lip and turned the door knob, walking in.

Only the others.

No Phoenix.

I froze, looking around.

"W-W-Where is she...??"

The others smiled, except for Laughing Jack, and then something wrapped around me. I jumped and turned around to see...

Phoenix.

I grinned even wider and hugged her, spinning her around. She shrieked with laughter, and I laughed as well.

"I can't believe it!" I said, putting her down and hugging her close. She smiled and hugged back.

"Two years has been a while, hasn't it??" she asked.

Slender looked at the others and made them disappear, then walked out himself, leaving just us two.

"I need to tell you something..." we both said at the same time.
