Take Me- Chapter 9

Luke’s POV

I got up this morning not knowing how to feel. I was kind of embarrassed of yesterday’s events although Ami seemed to find the amusing side of it, I mean it’s not like I have anything to be ashamed of. Jai managed to tease me all night and he told the other boys and they joined in too, honestly I don’t think they’ll ever let this one go.

“Morning streaker” Jai walked in with a smirk on his face, he woke me up from an amazing dream and I was extremely pissed off

“What do you want asshole?” I replied “You woke me up from a really good dream”

“Dreaming of Ami?” he teased

“Is there a point to you coming in here and waking me up?” I moaned

“I’m going out with the boys, Meg, Nicole, Lucy and I’m not sure about Ami later, you coming?” he offered

“Nah, I’ve already arranged to meet Ami today” I replied smirking reminding myself of Ami and our antics yesterday “Besides now we have the house to ourselves” I winked

“You’re a dirty boy” Jai shook his head in disgust and left

I picked up my phone and scanned it for any new messages, I had one from Ami asking me what time we should meet, I text back telling her that I wanted to meet in an hour as the boys would’ve left by then and I would have around twenty minutes to make sure everything was clean and tidy before she came over.

I hopped out of bed, tucking in my pink sheets neatly and throwing my duvet over the top.

I picked up any signs of mess and chucked them in an empty drawer in my bedside unit, if you can’t see mess there isn’t any.

I sprayed my room with as many different kinds of scents you can imagine; eventually the room was so fumigated I had to leave because it was giving me a headache.

“Luke what are you doing?” James laughed staring at me throwing all different kinds of things around trying to tidy the place

“Uh nothing, just trying to tidy” I replied hastily

“Why?” James asked, still laughing

“Ah you know what they say James, a tidy house equals...a tidy mind” I replied trying to sound as confident in my words as possible

“You’re an idiot” James continued to laugh “So you’re not doing all of this for that girl?” James teased

“No” I replied definitively

“I have never seen you so flustered about a girl before Luke” James mocked “It’s weird” he continued changing his face to a confused expression

“She’s not a girl” I screamed then feeling like an idiot as I realised what I just said “Well she is a girl, but not a girl girl” every time I tried to make it better I just made it worse

“Oh uh dude I didn’t know” James replied awkwardly

“James don’t be a dipshit, I mean she is a girl but she’s not like my girlfriend” I replied still struggling to find the right words to explain our situation

“Whatever you say bro” James winked and started to walk down the stairs

“We’re just friends” I screamed

Ami’s POV

Do you know what kind of feeling sex without attachments gives you? Pleasure and ease, the two most desired human feelings.
