Luke’s POV

I opened my eyes to see the sun was beginning to rise; the lights in the tent were still lit so I reached to turn them off. I nudged Ami lightly to wake her to watch the sunrise; she sprang up, rubbed her eyes and gazed outside.

I climbed out of the tent taking a blanket with me and sat on one of the logs around the fire, Ami joined me. I wrapped the blanket around her and cuddled her protectively

“I have to go back in” she sighed “I have a lot to get ready today” she huffed at the thought

“Just a couple more minutes” I whispered gazing at the sky

She brushed her hand along my jaw and forced my head to face her

“I have something to tell you” she announced

I had no idea what she was about to say

“I really like you too” she smiled as she brought her lips up to kiss mine

“Now I really have to go” she laughed as I pulled her close to me tickling her waist and trailing kisses down her neck

“Okay” I frowned “I’ll see you tonight”

She got up to leave but I didn’t let go of her hand

“You know you’re going to have to let go” she laughed

I sighed and pulled her back to me giving her one final kiss before she left

Now I had to tidy all this up, that’ll be fun

*Ami’s POV*

It was just a mere eight hours until the ball and I had to make sure everything was perfect. Lucy was coming round for a slumber day, we’re going to do facials, do our nails and watch Christmas films.

I rushed back into the house hoping Nicole would never notice I was going but as soon as I shut the huge class doors I was shocked to see Nicole and Beau waiting for me on her large cream sofa.

“Where have you been?” Nicole smirked

“I just went for a morning walk” I smiled

“That’s what all that laughing at 2pm was then” Nicole smiled looking at Beau who returned the smile

“I know you were with my brother” Beau stated wearing a smirk on his face

I suddenly remembered the note in the window; I spun around to see that the message had been rubbed off

“Yes its okay I rubbed that off” Nicole laughed

“So how was it?” Beau asked

“How was what?” I laughed

“There was a lot of noise last night” Beau complained, he was clearly assuming we had sex

“We didn’t have sex if that’s what you’re asking” I giggled awkwardly

“What did you do then?” he asked curiously

“He set up a romantic...” I started

“Romantic? That sounds nothing like my brother” Beau laughed earning himself a playful slap from Nicole

“Well we’re going out for the day, I’ll get ready at Beau’s as I’ll already be there and I’m going to buy my dress today” Nicole informed smiling as she did so

“Okay” I replied “Am I alright to invite Lucy round?” I asked

“Yeah sure, just uh don’t go writing on the windows” Nicole teased
