The Fame Game- Chapter 15

The two weeks were going fast. Before I knew it, it was the Wednesday before the premiere and we had started the session for fitting the outfits on our promoters. Our promoters being Luke Brooks, Jai Brooks, James Yammouni, Beau Brooks, Daniel Sahyounie, Nicole Anderson and Kylie Jenner.

“An inch lower and we’ll be doing a replay of last night” Luke teased as I tugged at the waist line of his trousers

“Shut up” I laughed “What do you think?” I asked standing back to consider him

He looked so fine, he was wearing a blue check flannel shirt, with a basic white t-shirt underneath, a pair of chinos and a pair black army-look lace up boots.

“I like it” he smiled “Maybe we could add something to it though?” he suggested

I looked him up and down considering the perfect accessory before it hit me, I rushed over to the clothes rack, next to it was a box full of different hats. I picked out a grey fedora hat and returned to Luke

“What about this?” I asked

“Perfect” He smiled doing weird sign with his fingers

Lucy’s POV

Maybe it’s a good thing that Jai doesn’t remember me taking care of him after the fight? Maybe he doesn’t need to know that it was me caring for him?

I’ve spent so much time with Jai this week and it just confirmed how I felt, I really liked him.

He shouldn’t be with Meg, she doesn’t deserve him.

“Woah watch where you’re going there” Jai screeched as I was fastening the buttons to his shirt accidently pinching his skin

“Sorry” I apologized realising I was completely lost in thought

“What’s up?” Jai asked concerned “You’ve been away with the fairies for the past thirty odd minutes” he laughed

“Just stress” I lied “Nothing to worry about” I reassured him

I finished doing up the buttons to his shirt and walked over to the clothes wrack where I picked up a pair of jeans and brought them back to Jai

“Here throw these on” I ordered

“Yes m’am” Jai teased

“So how are things going with Meg?” I asked feeling my blood pump with jealousy

I put my finger down the rim of his jeans causing him to flinch a little

“Watch where you’re going, don’t want to give me a semi” Jai teased clearly feeling a little uneasy

“Don’t worry I’m not going to try and grab your penis, I’m just adjusting your waistline, turn around so I can check the back” I instructed

He did as I said

“I think we’re okay, I mean I really like her but she’s a little reserved about her feelings so I never really know entirely how she feels” Jai replied

“If you like her you just have to make sure she realises the lengths you’d go to make her happy, big romantic gestures usually win girls over” I replied feeling a lump form in my throat, all I wanted was for Jai to be happy and if that’s not with me then that’s something I’ll just have to accept

Jai looked himself up and down in the mirror, considering the outfit. He wore a black button up shirt with rolled sleeves, a pair of black jeans, the same army boots Luke wore and a black fedora hat to finish the look
