Sorry it took awhile I've been busy writing other things!!
Hope you enjoy! Sorry I had to change a couple things, some of it was just very difficult to work in.**

Moving across the country could be really hard. It can be especially difficult when you move to New York City. The city was constantly moving, new kids going in and out. As a sixteen year old, all you wanted to do was last until graduation. You used to live in California, so this was literarily across the country.

"Woah, hey." A boy said, dropping everything in his hands as you two collided. You had been nervously looking down at your feet, clinging to everything in your arms.

"Oh my god I am so so so so so sorry. I'm new and nervous and that's no excuse and-" You babble, being cut off by the ruffling sounds of book pages.

"It's just fine I promise, accidents happen. Crap..." He muttered, looking at his phone. The screen was shattered spider web style, glass slowly peeling off.

"I.. I'm sorry for that.." You mutter, clinging the books tighter to your chest. The boy shrugged, carefully pocketing the phone.

"It's alright, my dad will be mad but I can handle it. I have enough money to get a new one, need an upgrade anyway." He shrugged, picking up the last of his papers. "I'm Peter Petrelli."

"Y/N Y/L/N." You say, blushing slightly. It was now when you really realized how cute he really was. Peter had dark hair, medium in length. It wasn't long, just floppy.

"Nice to meet you, Y/N. Where did you move from?" Peter asked, starting to walk to his class. You followed, using your memory to remember where your class was.

"California. First day is today. Have you lived in New York long?" You ask him, following him into your classroom; apparently you had the same class. He motioned to a seat beside his desk, you took it.

"Born and raised. I have a way older brother, he's running for congress in a couple years. Only one really good to me." Peter informed you, trailing off towards the end. You smile and nod, setting up your books and stuff.

"I would love to meet him, can I ask, is he Nathan Petrelli?" You ask, nervously tapping the desk. Peter smiled and nodded, curious as to how you would know.

"My sister actually did a paper on him. Weird to think of I bet, but she did that paper. It had to be on young business men and she was assigned to Nathan." You explain, blushing quite a bit. Peter was sooo cute and easy on the eyes.

"Well, maybe sometime you can meet him."

A few months have passed and you were meeting Peter's family. Just his mother and his brother, his father was off on business. You and Peter had been dating; he's met your family.

"My mother is a bit formal, but just be careful." Peter warned, using his key to open the front door of the mansion. The hall was huge and extravagant, high ceilings and marble walls.

"You must be Y/N, I'm Angela Petrelli." A woman said, walking over and giving Peter a kiss on the cheek. You smile, nodding.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." You state, noticing as a young man older than Peter came in. "You must be Nathan."

"Yes I am, might I say you two look great together." He told you, holding his hand out. You shook it, smiling. Peter grinned, happy his family was finally meeting you.

"Thank you, now, should we go in?" Peter suggested, taking your coat and purse to hang up. Soon, you followed them into a beautiful room. Nathan grabbed you and Peter a couple classes of water, a whiskey for himself and a cocktail for Angela.

"Peter never stops talking about you." Nathan said, laughing as he took a sip of whiskey. Peter blushed, his dark eyes staring into yours. You blushed more, smiling a little.

"Nathan.." Peter grumbled, embarrassed deeply. Nathan just continued to laugh, ignoring Peter.

"You two make a cute couple." Nathan stated, smiling at you. You laughed and held Peter's hand, causing a couple oooh's from Nathan. Peter's family wasn't all that bad at first.
