Chapter 14: Levi's moves

After days of training, I felt I gained Levi's respect, it may not look like it, but I felt that I have.

Tommorow is all the cadets first mission, and they seem prepared. But they all couldn't surpass me, as I was the best one there is. Levi showed all the Cadets him striking the wooden Titan on its nape, he was so fast. Everyone was so amazed by his speed, and they asked if he could teach them. He looked pissed and kept showing them group by group how to maneuver quickly and have a lot of power.

Everyone was bumping into to me and pushing me back away from him so he could teach them.
I am good as Levi but he is slightly better, I wanted him to teach me as well so I could be with him more. I left the crowd and went back inside the building, I sat with Hanji by her desk. She was reading a book and gazed at me.

"What's wrong (Y/N )?" She asked.

I shook my head and smiled, showing her I was fine.
After a few minutes, Levi came in and asked Hanji a question, he noticed me sitting on the couch. I looked down and blushed, I had no idea what to do or say.

"Cadet, I didn't see you outside." He said.

"It was hot outside so I came in to cool off" I said politely.

"Without permission?" He said.

I rolled my eyes and looked away.

"If you want me to teach you a couple things, I may have time." He said.

"Tch, I should be the one teaching you!" I said sarcastically.

I got up and he opened the door to lead me out and we walked outside. It was empty, I guess the cadets were eating.

"So cadet, you would always want to be ready when a Titan approaches." He explained, he made a stance with his swords making sure he was ready to attack. He looked at me, waiting for me do my stance also. I looked at his body and tried to do the same, he walked over to me and held my waist and turned it slightly. He then reached for my arms and positioned them correctly.

"Oh, Sorry." I said quietly.

"No need" he said back

"Ok, so when ur off, always remember how much gas you have left at all times." He said.

I nodded my head as he passed me.

"Make sure your always prepared for anything, knowing what might happened..."

"Here's my little tip, when a Titan is in front of you, hook far away from it and when you pass it, hook the nape and gas towards it preparing your swords. That way it gains lots of speed, it's good for people that don't have a lot of strength." He explained.

I nodded, listening to every word he said.

"Having a lot of speed takes time, maneuver around to also have speed." He said.

"Dismissed."

He went over to pick his gear up, I stood there trying to say something.

"What is it.." he said briefly, turning his head my way.

"Oh um, will I be in your group for Tommorows mission." I asked.

He nodded his head and grabbed his things.
"Eren will be joining us as well." He added and walked off.
