-5 years later-
< C/N POV >
I was waiting for mommy and daddy get home from their mission, I was currently 12 years old. I was on the floor in the office playing with my dollies. I heard loud footsteps heading towards the door, Levi barged through the door with the loud lady following him.
"Levi, it will be okay!" She cried.
I looked at daddy's face, tears were running down his eyes.
He fell on his knees to the ground, his hands covering his eyes.
"Where's mommy at?" I asked them.
The lady turned to me, her face red, her eyes watery.
"Go to Levi's room, I will be on there." She cried.
I didn't know what's wrong, I quickly grabbed my toys and ran into the room and closed it. I hid inside the blanket, holding my toys.
"She's probably still alive Levi!"
"Damn right! She died before our eyes and you know it!"
I heard silence for a couple of seconds.
The door opened slowly, someone pulled the blanket off, it was daddy.
"Daddy...Are you okay?" I asked as I got up to hug him.
I gave him my toy and he held it in his hand.
"Your mother...is gone..." he said as he put his hands over his head.
"Mommy? Where is she going?"
Daddy lifted his head up and looked at me in my eyes, I looked to see his eyes swollen and watery.
"She's dead..."
That was the moment my heart drowned in sadness in despair, who says anyone could be happy in this world.
