Honeybee

She tiptoed through my mind as silent as a bee could be

I dreamt of a time where her silent buzzing would leave

Once it had flown away

My nectar had been drained

These petals never really had enough place for the both of us

Our harmony had shrivelled away like that daisy she had first collected me from

The only thing left is the scent of heavy rain on fallen leaves
