A/N: Kanda love here ya go.

It is one in a blue moon that the Black Order would be absolutely silent. It was either 1 of 2 reasons.

1. Every exorcist available is out on a mission or

2. The science department has nothing to experiment on, thus leaving the order to some peace and quiet. But then again, would this place ever have some silence?

You skipped happily to yourself up to the top of the building where no one can disturb your time to yourself. You set up various straw dummies to practice your sword techniques. Of course there are various training rooms but you didn't want to be just stuck in one area. You like to spice it up a bit.

"Alright!" You got to your starting point and unsheathed your sword. You focused on your targets with your eyes closed. Taking in deep breathes and steadying your sword, you opened your eyes. The targets were straw dummies but you imagined them as Akuma on the battlefield and you gripped your sword tighter. You stepped forward, then sprinting into a dash and swinging your sword at the dummies. You ended with a light stop on your heel, very close to the edge of the building.

You managed to get them all in one go and turning them into sliced cheese, but you knew it wasn't enough. You grit your teeth and turned around, ready to go at it again. But just as you turned, you didn't catch the momentum of your body and found yourself falling backwards.. Dangerously off the edge of the rooftop.

"Oh shit." You muttered with a very much done face and 'I really fucked up there'. Falling off the building wasn't something new to you and it was easy to get back up.

However, one person was not having any of your shenanigans and he caught you by your shirt. Well, it was more of him grabbing your shirt and pulling you up and away from the edge. You could hear the very ticked off tone in his voice and of course, you couldn't really look up.

"What the hell do you think you're doing you moron." His harsh tone cut through your ears. You laughed it off awkwardly and stood up from the ground. You looked at him and felt chills down your spine.

"I was just enjoying the view, what brings you up here Kanda-san?" You politely asked, not wanting to be sliced in half.  Kanda sighed and patted your head.

"Picking you since we have a mission. Hurry up and clean this up." Kanda sighed. He let go of your head and walked away. Leaving you slightly confused but also very glad you came up here to practice.

"Looks like being at the top isn't so bad." You smiled to yourself.
