BRENDON'S POV

I decided after about an hour that I needed to go back home. I felt shitty just leaving Sarah like that.

I was supposed to start tour soon, a few days infact, but the thought of tour just made me sadder. I can't play all those shows knowing that Emma wouldn't be there.

Oh, Emma. You made my day every day. You brightened everything up. You helped me so much. You were my little lamb. I loved you more than you could ever imagine.

I got home, and I found Sarah in the same position as when I had left. I sat down next to her.

"Why did you leave?" she whispered.

I shook my head. "I don't know." And then, she hugged me.

*later*

I remembered when Dallon left us after he brought Emma's body. He must have taken it hard. I needed to go see him. In my eyes, we were a family, and it needed to stay that way.

I knocked on Dallon's door, and there was no answer. That was odd. I texted Breezy.

*texts*

Brendon: Do you know where Dallon is

Breezy: Should be at home

Brendon: Im at the house and I knocked. No answer

Breezy: maybe he didn't hear you?

Brendon: Doubt it.

Breezy: well i'm out with the kids

Breezy: I'll text Dallon

*end of texts*

I waited at the front door. I tried ringing the doorbell a few times, but nothing. Where did Dallon go?

My phone beeped.

Dallon isn't answering. I even called twice

I sighed. I stood, back against the door, thinking of what to text back when I heard something smash from within the house. My fingers flew across the mini keyboard as I notified Breezy.

There was a smash in the house

I'm gonna bust this door down.
