Dan walked angrily down the streets. He didn't care if he was late. Why couldn't he actually be important? Why does no one care? He just wants to know that he was there and lived. His life is shit, he admits. His 'perfect mom' faking being perfect just for Dan, he hated that. He wanted his mother to treat him the same.

"Where are you going?" Someone said softly. Dan turned around to see Phil, staring at him with a calm expression.

"Fuck off." Dan mumbled, looking down. Phil stepped closer to him, a soft expression showing to Dan.

"I need your help." Phil whispered. Dan raised an eyebrow, backing up before getting ready to walk off. Phil grabbed Dan by his arm.

"Please Dan, I need your help." Phil whispered, Dan paused. Before turning around to face Phil, he was looking down at the floor. His cocky expression long gone.

"Why do you need? Phil, I honestly can't help. I'm so useless." Dan whispered. Phil raised an eyebrow, shaking head in a disapproving manner.

"I need your help to teach me -- friendship..." Phil whispered.

"Why, exactly? Just google it." Dan huffed. Phil grabbed Dan by the arm again, staring straight at him. Why does Phil look so -- shattered?

"I've never had a friend." Phil whispered. Dan looked up at Phil, to see the most saddest look he's ever seen. Phil had droopy eyes and his face almost drowned with sorrow. Dan faced Phil, deciding.

"Why me though? Phil, honestly why can't you find your own?" Dan asked.

"Dan, uh... Fuck it, I'm a bounty hunter." Phil bursted out, covering his mouth. Dan raised an eyebrow.

"Aha, sure." He said.

"No seriously Dan, I'm here hunting for you, but I see now that you aren't evil. I can't kill you, but I also can't stand not being friends. I'm also after four people here. I really need your help."

"You're serious?" Dan stuttered. Phil nodded, showing Dan the wanted poster on his phone.

"Holy shit." Dan coughed.
