I wake to my phone endlessly buzzing. I grab my phone off of my night stand, and to my disbelief, I saw 8 messages from Tyler.

Good morning
I'm working, come visit me?

Wake up
Damn, you sleep late.
What the hell! It's 12:30!
Get your sleep head up!

A grin creeps across my face when I read them. With out replying, I get out of bed and head to the bathroom. I brush my stick straight dark brown hair, which falls right above my butt. I then throw on some concealer and mascara, just so I don't look like a hippopotamus. I go to my closet and grab my black nike pullover sweat shirt, and a pair of quarter lengths grey leggings. I get dressed, and then slip on my black nike free runs. I grab my phone and my black book bag, which I never leave the house without, and go downstairs. On my way out, I grab a Banana. On the mile walk to the bookstore, I get yet another text from Tyler.

I'm boreddddd come visit me:)

I don't answer him. 20 minutes later, I arrive at the bookstore. Routinely, I go straight to the coffee shop, and order a black coffee. As I'm paying for my coffee, I feel a light tap on my shoulder.startled, I rapidly turn around, to see Tyler with a cute-but-goofy grin spread across his face. "Hey, ty!" I say. To be completely honest, I meant to say Tyler, but my mouth spit out ty, and I kinda liked it. "Ty?" He asked. Gosh. Again with his goofy grin. "Yeah.ty. You have a problem with that??" I say. Frankly, I'm quite proud of myself. "Not at all. So I get off at 2:00, wanna go to lunch up at the lavash cafe?" I mean, we did just meet yesterday, but what the hell. "Sure! I'll just look around for 15 minutes. Meet me in the realistic fiction section at 2:00?" I say. "Yeah," he says. The grin gets me every damn time. I smile back, and then walk to the realistic fiction section. 15 minutes seemed to go by oddly fast. It felt like right when I started gazing at the books Tyler came to the section. "Ready to eat?" He says. I'm not even looking at him, but I can hear the grin. "Totally dude," I say. Tyler Motioned for me to follow him. I follow him out of the bookstore and into the parking lot, to a red mustang. He unlocks the door from the passenger side, then he opens my door for me. "Thank you" I say, and I can feel the apples in my cheeks start to blush. He walks around to the driver side, gets in, and starts the car. "Do do you live here?" He questions. "Well, I live in Virginia for the school year with my dad, but during the summer I come stay with my mom." He takes a moment to reply, almost as if he were thinking of the perfect response. "That sucks," he says. I was confused as to what he was talking about. "What does?" I say. we stop at a red light. "That you only live here in the summer," he pauses. "My parents are divorced, too" he says. He said with glum, and I didn't like it one bit. "You know, Tyler, I really want to get to know you." He takes his attention off of the road and on to me. "Why so?" There goes the grin again. "Because I'm interested in you," complete honesty, right there. "Oh yeah? Well I'm interested in you, too. " we pull up to lavash cafe. Tyler gets out while I'm fiddling in my book bag trying to find my wallet. I find it right as Tyler opens my door for me. "Thanks ty," I say, and this time, I grin at him. "You're welcome" he says , and then he grabs my wallet and throws it into the passenger seat of his mustang. "Why'd you do that for?" I asked , befuddled. "I asked you on this date, you're certainly not gonna pay for your own food." He shuts the door, and walks ahead of me to the door. Did he just call this a date? I'm certainly not dressed for a date, but I'm not complaining what so ever. When he gets to the door he holds in open for me. He's so polite, and god, he was hot. We get a booth near the front window in the small cafe. I graze the menu, and decide to get a Cesar salad. Tyler orders a BLT with extra bacon. After we eat, Tyler gets the waiters attention and he pays for our lunch. As we walk back to his car I tell him thank you. "Please let me give you some money, ty" I plead. He looks at me and shakes his head. "Where to now?" He asks. To be honest, I really want to take him to my house, since my mom wasn't there, and wouldn't be until midnight. "Wanna chill at my place?" I say. There he goes again with that cancer curing smirk. "Sure." I give him my address and we drive to my house.we pull in my driveway, and Tyler is flabbergasted. "Woah, this is a big ass house," he says in awe. "Yeah, it's pretty big. My mom is a surgeon, so she has money out of her ass." I say as I fiddle the key into the side door. "So how long have your parents been separated?" He asks kind of faintly. "Four years. My mom was tired of my dad, so she kinda just up and left." I feel so bad for my dad. As Tyler's responding to me, I grab my phone To text my dad. "That's kinda sucky," he says. "Tell me about it." He pauses for a bit. "So.. You wanna show me your room?" He asked. "Sure I guess, but the last time I re did my room was freshman year, so it's kinda ugly." I walk him up the stairs and show him the way to my room. "This isn't so bad, I kinda like it." He says as he walks towards my window seat and sits down. "It's kinda lame, I need to change it up a bit." He laughs. "So what do you want to do? We could watch Netflix or something." " Netflix sounds great," with that being said I turned on my tv on put on some breaking bad. I sit on the love seat in the corner. Not ten minutes go by, and Tyler moves from the window seat and sits next to me. I look over at him, and he looks over at me. I glance at his lips, and before I could even react, he leans in, and kisses me. It wasn't a short peck, either. It was long enough to where he cupped his hand around my cheek, and pushed his tongue into my mouth. I returned the favor. We kissed for a good 3 minutes, or so. It may seem crazy, but I feel myself becoming very attracted to Tyler.
