The kiss ended just as quickly as it began, but the passion and desire the two felt for each other would never end. Their position had shifted slightly so the kiss could become more intense, and now Ladybug was practically straddling her catty partner. She tried to hide her smile by burying her head in his neck as she giggled slightly. His arms were tightly wrapped around her as the grin on his face never wavered. This felt like a dream to him, like something inescapably unreal.

"Bugaboo, you alright?" He asked the bright-faced girl.

"Couldn't be better, Mon Minou," she smirked, her arms were wrapped around his neck and she tightened her grip slightly due to her nerves.

He kissed the side of her head as he adjusted her legs that were wrapped around his waist. He thought about saying more, professing his undying love for another countless time or making a cheesy quip, but he decided against it. His love was in his arms and the comfortable silence that surrounded the pair was the most rapturous thing he had ever experienced. His heart leapt with joy; not only due to Ladybug wrapped around him, but because they kissed and she didn't reject him. His lady, his love, had made him, quite possibly, the happiest person alive.

Neither of them had ever been happier than in this moment together. Their hearts beat as one as Ladybug relished in the scent of Chat Noir. His scent, to her, was intoxicating and she had to stop herself from kissing him again. Although it seemed like a lovely idea, it was getting utterly late and she had school tomorrow. Her brain finally set back into reality and she sighed exasperatingly.

"What's wrong, My Lady?" Chat Noir quickly asked, sensing the obvious annoyance immediately.

Ladybug untangled her arms from his neck and left them to rest on his chest as she ripped herself from his comfortable neck to face him.

"I've got school and it's getting late, I'll have to head home soon," she groaned, avoiding his eyes so she didn't have to witness the broken look on his face.

But instead he smiled, he smiled so gleefully that it confused the hero bug.

"What's so funny?" She asked, a slight tilt to her head but Chat Noir's smiling didn't cease.

"You don't want to leave my presence," he smiled again.

She giggled and rest her head on his uninjured shoulder.

"I guess there's a truth to that."

"I knew you'd fall for me someday, Bugaboo," he chuckled.

"And how could you possibly know that?" She asked him, removing her head from his shoulder to face him once again.

"I am quite irresistible, My Lady," he smirked, moving his face closer to hers.

"Oh! Since when?" She fired back and his expression switched to sullen.

She chuckled and pecked his nose lovingly, "I'm going to head back now, Kitty. Stay safe, don't stay out too late and rest your shoulder, alright?"

"Anything for you, My Lady," he smiled, pecking her lips which caught her off guard and caused her to blush deeply.

She hugged him quickly yet tightly before removing herself from him and yo-yoing her way home.

Thoughts of Chat Noir consumed her mind and her heart on her journey home, she arrived back into her room and hummed slightly to herself as she detransformed. Then guilt hit her like a tonne of bricks. What about Adrien?
