"He's an asshole—what more can I say?" I muttered as I continued to scribble on my journal.

Yes. I have a journal. It's this red leather-hardbound journal that's identical to my two other journals. This is the third journal I've had since I was little. The first entries were written by Grammy and were later on continued by yours truly.

My journals contain a baby picture of mine, some receipts, tickets, dried flowers, and other things that were pretty much important during the time it was placed there.

And no, the flowers weren't from some admirer. They were the ones I picked up from a hike, camp, and that first university I visited.

Not that I've never received flowers before. I slapped the first man who ever gave me flowers with the same flowers he gave me and said, "I'm not a vase."

He deserved it—trust me. Anyone who's already dating someone and tries to woo someone else deserves it.

~My name is no. My sign is no~

I grabbed my phone as Meghan Trainor cut off my reminiscing.

"Yellow" I answered as I sat up.

"Just checking in" Audrey said as I heard some clacking sounds from her end.

"You at work?" I asked as I put my journal away.

"Yes, why?"

"Your boss was here earlier today" I decided to share. "Shouldn't that mean that you shouldn't be working?"

"No rest for the wicked, George" I heard her chuckle. "Ms. Sky called me earlier to do something for her and here I am. I didn't know that she knows where Mr. Northman lives."

"Michael told her" I gave out a sigh and lied down flatly on the bed.

"That's interesting" she said and I heard her stop typing.

"Tell me about it" I rolled my eyes and turned to my side. "How are you anyway?"

"Same old, same old" she answered. "Though I thought I'd get engaged before you at the least, but then there you are, already engaged."

I shrugged and looked at the engagement ring on my finger. As I listened to her resume typing in silence, a sudden curiosity came to mind.

"Hey Audrey," I called her attention.

"Yes?"

"Did you know that Ms. Sky wanted to have an engagement ring like the one I have?"

She stopped typing again and I heard her gasp after a few seconds.

"Now that you've mentioned it, she did mention that before! It was during those bachelorette parties about a year ago. The bride-to-be at the time said something about her getting her dream engagement ring and Ms. Sky sort of shared what her dream ring is."

Audrey didn't really have to give the whole detail as to how she found out, but knowing Audrey, she'd really give me all those other information.

"Why, did she tell you about it? That was the first and the last time I heard about that."

"Well..." I pouted a little as I contemplated on whether I should tell Audrey.

Yeah, she's a bit talkative, but she's never a gossip.

"Well?"

"She sort of confronted me about it during the engagement party. She was drunk and I happened to walk in to her at the comfort room that night."
