Awakened, Click found herself in a glass dome featuring two terrains; a snowy trek biome and a rainforrest. As she looked beyond the dome, she noticed that scientists were watching her as they tought a class of university students. "…[what]... We are trying to see here is what terrain these hybrods are attracted to so that we can attract the others of their kind and bring them back to captivity and research them and their dangers..." His voice faded out as Click saw red as the scientist finished off his sentence and his students completed their notes.
She was waiting for an attack plan from Bonnie. Then she remembered that she was all alone in this, and any attack that was planned would be one against a thousand.
"Psst..." a familiar voice was singing in Click's ears. "Click. Up here". Click looked up one of the forest trees. She saw a golden blonde fur coated wolf. It had huge, pleading eyes of orange and blue. A shade that was only familiar in one person. Jason.
"Turn, Click. And follow me." As Click turned scientists turned their heads to watch.
She no longer felt every bone in her breaking as she turned. They had made sure there was no pain in her clinics. Her coat was brown. A chocolate brown coated in caramel. Her hands had shrunken down to paws and were no bigger than the circumference or a cup. All of her senses were heightened. She could hear the leaves rustling from were Jason must've been. She sprinted towards the sounds and caught up to him in less than five seconds.
"Jason," Click was concerned, "What are we up to?"
"Well..." His smirkish grin showed how proud he was or himself, "They think that we're attracted to a terrain right?" Click nodded her head as the two decreased their speed. "So, won't Bonnie suspect something if she sees a random forest?"
"Yeah..." Click replied, "And she'll want to get the hell out of there"
"Exactly.”
"Jason! Explain in details".
"Stay in one terrain". Click understood. The two were now coming to a stop as they lay under a tree.
Click admired how Jason’s was a rich golden colour and how his eyes had the same charm as when he was in his human form. It fascinated Click how one person, after spending no more than an evening with them could have such an effect on her.
Jason watched Click, memorising all the hairs on her. The way that her coat shone in the artificial suns light. How it flopped over her permanent scars.
"Jason", killing their silence.
"Yeah", he replied, turning his head.
"Do you think they'll find me? My pack. I mean, they might've been captured already. For all we know I could be stuck here forever and we might all be alone without each other. I can't accept that, Jason. We need to be together". Click started to well up.
"Hey, it's okay".
"Really, is it? Can you stay with me? Even if things go well, please".
"Click..."
"No Jason. Really Come with us. It really would mean a lot to me".
"Okay". They smiled at each other. “Click. Do you smell that?"
"Smell what?"
"It's gas, I think"
"Wait, what?"
