Party In Vegas

We walked through the doors of our new hotel apartment and it looked exactly like it did in the movies. A huge flat screen in the living room with the highest brand of furniture. The colour scheme was cream with black and white. The balcony had an amazing view looking over the city. There was a T.V in every bedroom, even one in the bathroom. On the ground floor lobby the pool went from the inside to the outside. There were tunnels going through to different alcoves that were all lit up with luminescent blues, pinks, purples and greens. It was truly the party city. I was hoping that the scientists would give us a few days to settle in before they decided to find us, and furthermore attack us with some new species that they've invented. I think for tonight me and the pack are just going to settle down and watch T.V. We'll save any nonsense until the morning.

"EVERYONE UP!!!", I screamed. I tried not to sound to alarming so I added "We're going to party with the pretty people of Vegas".  Yep, that made them go. Click was fixing up her grazes with some makeup she has (complete and utter nonsense to me), Solio and Mimi were packing some toys for any spare time we got. Scar and Damien were packing some money into their wallets. And that's when it hit me. I never took the pack out for Churros yesterday.

We walked down all the avenues of this glorious city, with Click wanting to stop at all the clothing stores and Damien and Scar stopping off three times to try and scam some tattoo shop to let them scam tats even though they're underage. We stopped at every café there was so we could try each and every pastry, because let's be honest, you only really go to Vegas once. Despite our unhuman-like features we seemed to fit in quite nicely with the Vegas people. It's not like Hollywood where all the people are rich and live in mansions, and people aren't always at the pokies like they seem to be in movies. As the leader of the pack it is important to do what's best for everyone, and taking this field trip was definitely one of the best things you can do. I took the pack down one of the best casino hot streets. I turned down one of the deserted alleyways and took the back entrance into the top casino in town. For a city with a high population of gambling addicts they sure have low security getting in.

"Bonnie, are you sure we can do this?", Mimi asked innocently.

"Mimi, if we weren't meant to do this they would have guards at every entrance".

"I know but I cant help but question the age limit"

"Sweetie I've told you before, we're good fighters. If they want a fight they're going to get one".

"But what if this was the big fight we've all been preparing for?"

"Mimi, I highly doubt we're going to have a fight against scientists in a casino".

"But what if-"

"MIMI, no more questions. Just follow my lead and if anything goes wrong scream."

"Why don't we all scream peaches. Like they did in Ice age?", Damien joked.

"Sure, if that's what you want to say I'll give you my blessing". Damien and Solio exchanged high fives whilst Click rolled her eyes and snorted.

"Okay so we are just here to play the pokies. Don't draw any attention to yourself and don't go off with anyone. Also don't order food".  Everyone sighed as I said the last part, but, as a leader you have to draw the line somewhere. I finally opened the door and we all crept inside. We all decided to stay in pairs. One of the fourteen year olds with a younger one. I went with Click, Damien with Solio, and Scar with Mimi.
