Chapter 9: "Oh Hello Again"

Asa's P.O.V

the next day, I woke up and get ready to go to classes.. the Performs Arts Academy is pretty delightful and I couldn't wait for weeks and days and months to come.

I still don't understand they had started school late. all school starts at August but this school, it started in November .

they said it was like summer school but I call it winter school. this year was to start late but next year won't be or that's what teenagers said last year, who was here.

it was 7:48am and I was already ready, Aramis , my roommate, and my friend was almost ready.

I told him that I will see him at lunch or whatever we could meet.

I went to my locker to get my books out, and behind was other lockers about steps away from me, then I saw someone walking towards the locker #35

it was Mary..

she wearing her blue parka, holding her winter hat and her backpack.. she didn't put her into a ponytail. her pants was black with flats that were gray. she had pink gloves.

she was wearing her earphones, listening to music

I couldn't stop staring at her, something was giving me distraction but with what?

I quickly opened my locker and grabbed my books and shoved it into my backpack. I closed my locker and started slowly walking towards to Mary.

before I could speak, the bell rings

Mary Looks up and realized the bell rang already, she closed her locker and started walking away,

"Mary?" I said but she didn't heard Me

I was about to touch her shoulder and say her name but someone blocked my way.

"Mar-" someone stopped me and it was Matthew Knight.. my friend

"Asa, how are you man?" he said

"I am good, let's go to class" I said

we both went the other way, I looked back and Mary was already gone....

(LunchTime)

*The Bell rings*

it was classes was over and it time for lunch, I saw Aramis, buying cupcakes at the sale near the cafeteria.

when he turned around, he saw me and walked towards me. we both walked towards our hang out where we meet Chloe, Elle , Matthew , Moisés Arias and Mary, a new member in our friendship.

"Hey Guys" Aramis said to our friends

"Hey" they all said

we both ate and talked about our crazy moments, our days were pretty funny.

I ate some fries and took little bites of the Pizza. they make good food in here...

I drank some sweet lemonade.

then I realized Mary wasn't around...

I mean at Reading class before lunch..

I saw her at class.. we were doing some summary about the book that we were reading.... things didn't quite happened but I know I was just watching her..

I looked around to see if Mary was getting her food or by the bakery café.

but I didn't saw her, I took my glasses off and wiped some dirty spots on the sides of the plastic glass and I put it back on .
