Chapter 46: Forbidden

Mary's P.O.V

Me and Asa were at the Principal's office, we sat and waited.. we both didn't talk to each other cause the principal was there, on her cell phone calling our parents. My eyes got tired and rough from the rain, when the rain comes down to my eyes, apparently rub my eyes out. it becomes rough then it turns into tiredness. i looked at Asa, he was so tired and afraid of what's going to happen to us.

Matthew and Elle were at their dorm. once we went separate from Matthew and Elle, Elle came to me and said "I'll tell Our friends what happened, we'll help you all as we can.. i promise" she grabbed my cold hand gently "Thank you Elle" i said. She let go of my hand and Matthew and her left. it had come to attention about my parents

i wondered about my Mom, what she's going to say? what's she's going to do about this? it was actually the first time that I'd got in trouble with the boy... but alone with a boy. i hoped my mother would understand, my heart started pounding in fear when i saw my mother in my mind, an image of her. my father was always understandable

"OK, I have called your parents, apparently Ms. Anderson, your parents are in Pennysiva.. we got a jet to take your parents in here, they'll be here probably the next day, at the afternoon" the principal said, while putting her cell phone on her pocket.

"Miss, forgive us.. we didn't mean to escape purposely, we just wanted a little freedom" i said, Asa turned around and looked at me and the principal.

"Mary, you're not suppose to leave the school unless permission Unless emergency only, You know the rules"

"Yes i know the rules, but it's not like we're going to leave this school forever" i said, almost my voice started to rise more volume

"Katie, you have to understand, we didn't mean anything purposely" Asa said to the Principal

"Mr. Butterfield, once we call your parents, we all have to decide of what to do with you, if you escape this school without permission.. it's safe for everyone to follow these kind of rules"

"Miss--" i started to speak again, she cut me off

"That's enough now" she said

Taylor and Chloe came to the office, they both panted from running through the hallways and the stairs. they had a look of worries.

"Miss, we should have a talk for a moment" Taylor said to Principle Katie

"What do we need to talk about?" Katie asked

"About Asa and Mary, Madam" Chloe answered

"Look i called their parents and they should be here the next day"

"What are you guys are going to do to them?"

"i have not yet decided unless their parents agree on something, but they should punish... Well not Asa but Mary mostly"

"you can't punish Mary" Chloe said

"Excuse me?" i said, i stood up

"That's out of line, Katie" Asa said, he stood up as well

"You have to let them go, this is out of line, you can't do that to my friend, Mary and her our friends out there" Taylor said

"Yeah, Taylor is right" Chloe said

"Girls, you need to go get some sleep now, it's late.. Asa and Mary, go straight to your dorm and I'll see you two in the morning at 7, is that clear?"

"Yes" we both said

"Now, goodnight" she said

We all went to our dorm, all Taylor and Chloe said that how Katie was being unfair and not understanding even though it was trouble of what we did. but what we did wasn't so trouble or was it?
