Chapter 17: Proof

Aramis's P.O.V

at Writing class was okay. I mean I didn't passed my writing test, so I was send to writing class. which I know my best bro, Asa goes there. I did need extra help. plus this class seemed fun.

I got something to say about Asa and his poem. What he wrote was unbelievable and simple.

I realized he wrote it to Mary. he likes her!!! How come I didn't see that?

probably my friends didn't noticed either. I bet Mary also didn't noticed either.

I am not good of keeping secrets sometimes, only when it's something like this then I immediately tell.

when I was walking with Asa to our room, I wanted to ask him about the poem about Mary and him.

but I knew it wasn't the right time, or maybe I wasn't fully ready to say it in full sentence, that would make us argue all the way to our dorm.

......

Anyways, Asa fell asleep on his bed and I was finishing, half way done. but then I wanted to look around Asa's stuff to see if he likes Mary. cause I might be wrong. you never know

so I stood up and grabbed his backpack and opened it.

I flipped pages to his notebook, and it was just bunch of school work 'words'

but when I got his English notebook, with barely any notes in it, and on the third page, there was names around and it was "Mary's Name" around the paper

he put "A+M= Love" three times. he mostly out Mary's name.

"Mary, Mary, Mary" all around.

"Man this guy, he likes her!" I whispered

I decided to go to Chloe's room and tell her about Asa liking Mary. and I brought evidenced with me and it was his English Notebook.

I knocked on Chloe's door, I was sort of worried if one of the teachers came and tell me go back to my room.. but luckily no teacher came and tell me that.

Chloe opened the door

"Oh Hey Aramis, what's up?" she said

"Um.. I need to tell you something, is Mary in there with you right now?" I asked

"No, she's at her singing lessons, why?"

"can I come in?" I said

"Yes"

Chloe let me in and  I sat down on a chair near the door.  Chloe sat on the bed, facing me.

"What's wrong?" she asked in confusion

"Ok, but don't tell Mary and Asa.... Asa likes Mary! I have proof, I got his English notebook and a paper from  Writing class. Here take a look" I said

I gave the notebook and the paper to Chloe and she started looking at them. a surprised face came from on her.

Chloe's P.O.V

I knew Asa likes Mary when they started hanging out more. it was 2 weeks ago...

but I didn't know that Aramis would tell me and bring proof.

with his notebook and his poem.

I was thinking about telling Asa and not Mary, I mean it's going to be helpful if me and Aramis help Asa to tell her how he feels about her.

Asa called his poem "Endearment".  I thought it was really sweet for Asa writing a poem about Mary.

"So what are you thinking?" Aramis asked, while I was looking at the poem and his notebook, written Mary's name on the page Asa recently wrote to.
